The new deep Fried turkey club had terrible lettuce and the turkey wasn't all that hot. Otherwise, it was a decent sandwich. The pumpkin turnover was also not hot. But filling was good.

Your app SUCKS and your workers are NO HELP!!! I tried to order online and every time I tried to pay the app would automatically close. I tried to explain this to the guy behind the counter and he kept saying that I was closing the app. I left without any help or food!!!If your app isn't going to work you should still HONOR the online specials!!!

I freaking love Arby's! Lol. I don't know why I haven't gone here for all of these years, but it is so delicious and I'm happy that I found it. I've fallen in love with the French dip and ah jus, as well as the Greek Gyro. The flavors are so good and it always tastes super fresh. All in all I think the fast food here is as good as it gets for "fast food" joints.

I was told that they could not cut my chicken salad sandwich in half "because people have allergies." When I inquired as to whether or not they had more than one knife I was told, "That's what we're told to say. I can give you a plastic knife and you can cut it in your car." (Note: that makes all of the insides fall out of the sandwich.) Here's the logical question that cannot be answered by Arby's employees: Why can't THEY use that same disposable plastic knife and cut it on a countertop while they're making it? (forehead palm)

As a former Arbys employee I know how this place should be ran and I know how employees should behave.I just got done ordering a turkey gyro meal with mozz sticks, I get to the window with an employee named Cameron. She hands me my drink with the top not on all the way so I almost spilled it all over me. She just watched as if i was to blame. But I said nothing. Before she hands me my food I ask for marinara sauce. She says ok. She hands me my food I ask if the sauce was in there (cause I didn't see her put it in the bag), she says "yeah I already gave it to you, it's in the bag." I looked at her and said ok. I start to drive off and no sauce in the bag, yeah I should've looked right then but didn't. Go back thru the drive thru and pull up to the window. She says "yeah?" With attitude. I said, can I have some marinara sauce? She said "oh sorry haha I thought I put it in there." I said it's fine. She gives me the sauce. As I drive off she yells out the window calling me names.So if you get Cameron, make sure the lid is on and you check your bag for sauce and be prepared for her attitude if she gives you one.

Didn't see this till after we ate....but the younger guy in the kitchen with short black hair and glasses... we watched him check the trash and then smash it down with his bare hands. Continue to push the doors open with those same hands to get a broom and sweep the dining area, then go back to the kitchen and make food without gloves or washing his hands. I only know this because I was watching after I saw him push the trash down. Who does that? It was disgusting and I'm sure he made our food with those same nasty hands....

I usually visit the location off Power and Main and it's always a great experience. Unfortunately I was near this location and made the bad decision to visit here.My sandwich was fine. Despite asking for sauce three times, we received no sauce. But what was really awful was the mac and cheese. I get this often and it's always good, actually one of my favorite fast food mac and cheeses. This time it was served in a weird short plastic container instead of the taller paper branded one I usually get. Okay, fine. The outside of this container was DISGUSTING. It looked like someone who had been prepping food for hours without washing hands or changing gloves had rubbed their hands all over it. There was cheese on the outside like they had dipped the outside into the cheese. Food bits and unidentifiable specs all over it.Opening it up I honestly thought I'd just been given a container of cheese. There was no visible pasta. I mixed it up and there WAS pasta in there, but it was about 30% pasta and the rest cheese. It was very unappetizing looking. I did try one piece and it tasted old and it was room temperature at best. I mixed it some more and then I realized little black specks all through the cheese. They were tiny but obvious. I also noticed them all over the inside of the lid, along with some bigger black spots. Directly into the trash.I will not return.
