AOS Rentals truly went above and beyond to make our Thanksgiving celebration special this year. From start to finish, their communication and customer service were second to none. They provided everything we needed--chairs, tables, heaters, and even trash cans--all at a very reasonable price.What stood out the most was their reliability. They delivered everything on time, and returned promptly for pickup, making the entire process effortless for us.A huge thank you to Mac and Liz for their outstanding service and attention to detail. AOS event designs and rentals made my party pop and got so many compliments about the kids table and tiny chairs. It was perfect for the kiddos at my party. Liz promptly replied to my message and communication was awesome! Definitely recommend them for your next event!

I rented multiple items from AOS for my outdoor baby shower and Liz was great. They showed up on time, were very communicative and friendly. She listened to my last minute changes, adjusted the price accordingly and when we were setting up I realized I ordered one table cloth less then what I needed, I called Liz and she promptly brought me another one with plenty of time to spare before my baby shower started. Everything looked great, my baby shower was beautiful. I would definitely rent from them again.

Highly recommend Liz and AOS Event Designs. We ordered one of the packages and changed to a larger one. We also ordered the altar. It was absolutely beautiful. We were able to add flowers to match our colors. Such a beautiful wedding and so happy this was one thing I didn't worry about. Thank you for making our day so special.

Horrible customer service , I wouldn't book with based off the treatment received. Who ever answered the phone was very nasty and acted like she couldn't help. Very rude!

I needed a last minute decoration for a wedding and they really came through! I had a beautiful arch with faux flowers and draping that came together beautifully. AOS Event Designs and Rentals provided extraordinary service and flexibility in a short time. Highly recommend for quality and service!

Liz is absolutely amazing! I cannot say enough good things about her and her service. She's friendly, professional and very responsive. She is also very patient with my indecisiveness and always answers any and all questions I have. I first hired Liz in October of 2022 for a balloon garland for our "Boo-y or Ghoul" gender reveal. She did an absolutely amazing job and her set-up was so quick. I then hired her again for our baby shower (March) and she did a fantastic job! I received so many compliments on how beautiful the shower was and I have Liz to thank for that. She is very organized and her setup is so quick. I will use Liz for any and all future events I have and I highly recommend her. She's amazing!!

I had such a wonderful experience working with AOS events. They took time to learn my vision for my mom's 70th birthday, then flawlessly brought it to life.
