We absolutely loved working with Noelle as our planner, and the whole team at ALWE for our wedding! Looking back, we have said so many times that we could not imagine the day without Noelle, Kaylee, and Samantha. Booking with ALWE was worth every penny and more! I am a planning type myself and sometime struggle with delegating, but Noelle made it so easy and took so many things off my plate to make the planning process easier. She was always available for a quick call or email. She provided tons of vendor recommendations and helped us find some cost-saving options regarding the wedding day design. The wedding weekend is where the ALWE and Noelle specifically truly shined and blew me away with their execution! Starting with the rehearsal, which was so efficient and organized. In particular, one of my bridesmaids who has worked in event planning previously even commented that she has never seen a more well executed rehearsal than ours thanks to Noelle. On our wedding day, Noelle made sure all the set up at the venue flowed seamlessly while we got ready. This was such a relief and allowed me, my husband, and our families to truly enjoy the day without any stress. One of the best parts was that my husband and I each had an ALWE team member assigned to us so that if we needed anything throughout the day someone on the team was always within earshot to help. I truly felt like we got the royal treatment and got to be the guests of honor and enjoy our day without the stress and hassle that goes with hosting. This would not have been possible without Kaylee, Samantha and most importantly, Noelle. I cannot recommend Noelle and ALWE enough and am so appreciative of all they did to make our wedding dreams a reality!

Andrea and her team are an absolute must when choosing a wedding planner. They nailed absolutely every detail and beyond. The recommendations they had on vendors were perfect for our needs and personality, they always responded immediately and shared a number of ideas we wouldn't of thought of that helped make our day special. We love them like family now and wish we could us them for every event!

The ALWE team is just as thought out as every wedding they touch. Andrea has a way of understanding what you need in a matter of seconds to perfectly pair you with the planner that just works. Laina was amazing to work with as our planner. She is the definition of cool, calm, and collected but with a fun side! Laina is a firm believer that you can have anything you want on you wedding day and believe me she will make it happen! This team is very well versed in the wedding industry and have connections that you never knew even existed. They treat every wedding, big or small, as if it were their own investment to more than exceed expectations.

Andrea Leslie and her team were amazing to work with. We spent almost two years working with her and she helped solidify our ideas and made our dream day a reality. She provided fantastic vendor recommendations and helped coordinate appointments as needed. Andrea is thoughtful, patient and goes out of her way to make sure her clients are comfortable and prepared. We had the best time working with her and can't imagine a more seamless day. When we set out to plan our wedding for 150+ people, we were intimidated and confused about how we could do it while working very demanding jobs. Andrea walked with us every step of the way, through tough decisions and flip-flopping over details. We loved our regular calls and brainstorming our vision with different elements. Andrea was always excited, organized with the important to-dos, and listened to the things we cared about. It truly turned a complicated process into tons of fun. Moreover, Andrea was exceedingly patient with us as we, being very detail-oriented, wanted to seriously consider every single decision along the way. Having Andrea's support and structure even allowed us to spend time being intentional about little things that made the wedding day more special than we could imagine. Planning with Andrea literally led to an absolutely zero-stress wedding day, which is a testament to their expertise my wife and I were left laughing about how we were waiting for the stress of the day to kick in, but it never did. We are, truly, so thankful for the experience with Andrea and her team.

We hired Andrea Leslie Weddings (ALWE) for day-of coordination for our wedding in April, 2021. The venue we booked required us to have a wedding planner, and ALWE was on their list of recommended vendors. We met with a few other planners but knew the second we met Andrea that it was the right decision because she made us feel so at ease. We ended up working with Angelica, who is a senior coordinator with ALWE and received access to an invaluable online wedding planning website which kept us on-track with our to-do list. When the wedding month hit, Angelica hit the ground running and was an incredible asset to help us pull everything together. The week of, she coordinated with all of our vendors so that we could look forward to the big day. She also put together a very detailed day-of schedule and was flexible with last minute changes. Our wedding party and family knew exactly where they needed to be at all times because of Angelica's help. The day of, we could not be happier with the professionalism and service they provided to our family, other vendors, and guests. Angelica helped set up our event, which took such a weight off of us and our families. We also worked with an assistant named Alyssa, who was incredible and was a step ahead of us with everything we could have possibly needed (water, a fan, etc.). I was worried that having additional people around on my special day might have felt weird, but Angelica and Alyssa were so pleasant and felt like very helpful friends. We are SO happy that our venue required us to hire a wedding planner, and we do it over and over again. It was worth every penny and we had such a great experience!

Andrea Leslie's team made sure our wedding went off without a hitch. We specifically worked with Noelle, who was such a bright light. Not only did we love working with Noelle, countless members of our bridal party, family, and guests commented how organized, sweet, and caring our planner was. We really couldn't have gotten through the day without her and truly thank her for everything.Truly we had the most amazing wedding and there wasn't a single thing that went wrong. Could not have asked for a better team.

Things a wedding planner has to have: endless patience, ample connections, and unrelenting dedication. This is exactly what you get with an Andrea Leslie wedding. Her reputation proceeded her. When the Arizona Biltmore staff heard we had the Andrea Leslie overseeing our wedding, they (1) had to double check and (2) followed up with the affirmation that we were going to be in good hands. Andrea was incredibly attentive to our vision - details mentioned in passing were all accounted for.Andrea was astutely observant - knew when to guide vs. when to lead discussions, and never once made us feel discounted.Andrea was committed to US - first hand instances: fought through a bug the day before at the rehearsal and shook it off to be there with us on the day of, ran to the other side of the resort to sew back a button on a groomsman blazer, and gently stole us away from the cocktail hour so we may soak in the beautiful reception space ahead of it being filled with guests. Most importantly, she cared. And knew how to care. At times, like a mom. Others, like a sister and best friend. And on the rare occasion, like a drill sergeant (the most pleasant one ever).Andrea's genuine emotional investment in you is what ultimately separates her and the Andrea Leslie team apart. Please do not waste your time. The search should end with Andrea Leslie Weddings. Bar none.

I can't say enough great things about Katie and the Andrea Leslie Wedding team. Katie is so sweet, easy to work with, and very knowledgeable. She truly helped bring our vision to life. Our experience working with Andrea was wonderful. It was great to have someone in our corner who could break down all the choices that needed to be made into more digestible options. Andrea was professional, accommodating, and caring. I know for certain that her job is not an easy one, but she handled everything that was thrown at her with expertise and kindness. It was a local wedding for my husband and I, who are new to Arizona, but all of our family and friends are still back on the east coast. I was so grateful to have someone local I could count on when I felt overwhelmed and alone. I would recommend Andrea and her team to anyone looking for an Arizona wedding planner.
