Thumbs down! You want to share special moments with good people and friendly staff. The lady in the pink blazer and dark hair was beyond disrespectful. (I believe her name is, Bri).She called kids 7/8 year olds ghetto for simply playing. She also yelled out that she's from 51st and Maryvale in an attempt to threaten the guests. However, she is very skilled at being rude and sarcastic while maintaining an evil smile the whole time! It was actually kinda creepy..Honestly, this is just a tiny portion of her nasty behavior during this event. Even the security apologized on her behalf and acknowledged she was out of line!I've never experienced such unprofessionalism at a venue like this.Dear owner/management, this is not someone you want running your nice business.

This venue is beautiful BUT I have never been so insulted and disgusted in my life by the event coordinator. BRI was so disturbing, she was rude and discriminatory, calling children "ghetto" and guests "whitetrash" The children were put in a separate room and told to not come out! The children were so scared they didn't even come out when the dancing started! This Bri coordinator was so hot and cold all night and kept blaming everything she was saying and doing on her boss Susan. I truly hope that Susan reads all of these comments and knows that this girl needs to be let go! Please don't ever book at this venue!!!!

When looking for a place to have our reception after our Vegas wedding I came across the Ahwatukee Event Center. Paige was quick to respond to my inquiry, and we set up a meeting shortly after. After taking a tour, we knew, without looking at any other venue, that this was the place where we wanted to have our post-wedding celebration. The layout and space that we chose was perfect and easily accessible for our guests, the bartender, and caterer. The room(s) can be set up according to your needs and guest count, and there is even a small closet with decorations that you can use for your event. I highly suggest that you consider the Ahwatukee Event Center for your next special event. It is an affordable venue in a great location.

We just had our 15 year wedding renewal here at the Ahwatukee Event Center roughly 50-60 guest. Amazing venue with great ambiance. Felt quiet cozy. Paige Brook made our arrangements flawless, she was very responsive and catered to all our needs. Everyone had a awesome time and we hope to hold future events here. Thank you again

Our nonprofit organization recently held our annual employee appreciation day at Ahwatukee Event Center. It was our first time booking the venue, and we had a great experience! From the moment we placed an inquiry to the day of our event, our coordinator Paige was incredibly kind, helpful and supportive. We comfortably fit about 100 of our staff in the Sunset Room and we enjoyed having an accessible patio adjacent to our meeting space. The venue is beautiful, the staff is so kind, and the price was unbeatable! AEC is absolutely a venue we will consider using for future events.

The event center is beautiful. The staff is hands on and friendly. I am not only part of this Ahwatukee Community, I have hosted a party here. Planning was made easy and all the restrictions and costs were discussed in great detail.

Same thing the other guy said in his reviee about Bri at my best friend's wedding recently. She was incredibly difficult to deal with. She must have been a hall monitor in elementary school who refuses to let go of her so-called "authority". Very unpleasant

We recently held a business event at the Center. I can't say enough of how great the Staff is there. Paige was fantastic! Everything was set up and ready as we requested. The place has a great overall atmosphere and i would highly recommend checking them out.
