Agritopia

Spend a day here, we did Sunday from noon to 4. They have breakfast at The Coffee Shop, lunch at Joe's Farm Grill, and dinner with wine at Garage-East. There is a farm with a chicken coop, even seating if you want to eat there. There is a Farm Store with produce grown from this farm. There is Barnone which has a bar, pizzeria, ice cream shop, vegan lunch spot, salon, and more. On 2nd Wednesdays are Farmer's Market Nights called "Agritopia Farm Night", which is a big event here, from 5-8 (Sept to May, no Jan).Parking is everywhere. In front of The Coffee Shop, behind The Coffee Shop, next to The Farm Store, Garage East, and near Joe's Farm Grill.On a Sunday in September, there was parking and we were walk-ins everywhere. It was nice to find both, a seat and a place to park. Only a walk a way in Epicenter is Buck & Rider, UnderTow, Bunky Boutique, and Peixoto. Warm in September, wear a hat and stay hydrated.

Agritopia is a community that encourages "village" life and preservation of urban agriculture. Central to the community is a functioning farm. The farm grows a wide variety of vegetables, fruit, nuts, herbs, and plants. The Farm at Agritopia operates a self-serve farm store and hosts a Wednesday farmers market during the season. The Agritopia Community Garden is a gathering place for members to garden, grow healthy produce, and build community in the garden. There are 48 individual 20x20 plots and 6 half plots. Each plot is leased yearly. The plot, water, access to the tool shed, and social functions of the gardeners are all included in the lease.Also located in Agritopia is The Epicenter, which is a mixed use commercial and residential project featuring retail stores, health clubs, restaurants, a luxury apartment, and more to come.Agritopia is one of my favorites if not my most favorite place in the Valley. I love the community, what it offers as well as the stores and restaurants. Although there are plenty of free parking all around Agritopia, it can be challenging to find a spot on weekend evenings as well as Farm Nights.

Beautiful neighborhood! We love coming for the holidays to see all the beautiful lights and Halloween/Christmas set up! Plus side there's plenty of food options to fill up after your walk-a-thon thru the neighborhood

Great meeting space, coffee shop, and place to get work done. Not to mention, they have a variety of sweet treats and food in addition to large coffee menu. The service is quick even during rushed times. Hidden in a beautiful area of Gilbert, it offers nice ambience and a great environment to relax alone or be around friends.

Gorgeous neighborhood that feels straight out of a hallmark movie at Christmas time! Such beautiful lights!

A very trendy approach to merging suburban living with a touch of the Farm life.Starting with the Epicenter, a smattering of restaurants , bars, Pizza, women's apparel and fashion needs all under one roof....But wait it gets better. Immediately across the street to the west Joes Farm Grill, a family designed relaxed atmosphere restaurant ,moderately priced with limited seating inside for the crowds they draw, and Pic Nic Tables galore outside to enjoy the comfortable Az days and nights. Just across the parking lot are more Restaurants, and a short distance , away is another building housing, a Plant based for eatery, Hair Salon, and the Fire & Brimstone Micro Brewery plus a number odf other businesses. Across the street from this are the Garden plots, which can be rented to "Grow Your Own" fruits and veggies. Quite and array of Culinary to Agriculture delights in it own little community. Looking to Move? Just around the corner is a Mayberry Styles community of upscales homes in a family oriented style. A must see.

This is a neat area. We enjoyed walking around the gardens and small fields. We stopped by to say hi to the chickens. Cool to see people working in their gardens too.

Food is good. Pastries yum. Coffee excellent. Ambience really nice esp in good weather

Food, service and atmosphere was great. This is on my favorite list for family and friends.

Great place to live and shop! The Johnston family has provided several jewels in Gilbert over these past 20+ years.
