Agave's Restaurant at Harrah's Ak Chin

Agave's restaurant gives diner vibes. The staff were all kind, but extremely slow and there weren't even that many people there. Food was what you'd expect at a diner; decent but nothing over the top. They had a limited selection, especially for drinks. Drinks that you can get almost everywhere in the hotel/casino weren't available here. Definitely a mellow low key place.

ordered chef feature shrimp,clams, fish filets..came out looking like burnt asphalt $29.99 ..wtf..wings also **burnt.."dark brown "..food continues to go down in quality.."inedible "jail food would be bettera good dinner "not "possible here..last 1-2 months ..very disappointing

I stayed here with a friend for a staycation. Not many great food options unfortunately. So I went for the wings. The chicken wings were super yummy and crunchy. It was literally like amazing friend chicken. I ordered buffalo and garlic parmesan wings the sauce was in cups and the wings separate. First time that I've ever had wings served that way. Service was ok, everyone seemed a little rushed. The ambiance is definitely more of a retired age than anything as menu items are limited. Definitely a low key place for sure.

Went here today on a visit with my family. We wanted to sit outside and have breakfast as this restaurant has a lovely poolside seating area. We were told due to staffing issues, we cannot be seated outside. The hostess said they cannot do a take out order, but we could wait for a table and order then take our food outside to eat. So we waited about 30 min for a table, only to wait another 10 min to order. The server was very nice and accommodating while taking our order. We had to wait another 20 min or so for our food to be boxed and bagged up- so that's a total of about an hour before we even got our food. Now on to the food...I ordered Biscuits & gravy with bacon, home fries, and a side pancake. Everything but the bacon seemed over cooked and left out to dry. The B&G were dry and as you can see, the gravy barely covered the biscuits. The potatoes were seasoned perfectly, but they were also dry. The pancake tasted okay, but very fluffy and that's just not my preference. The bacon was crispy and very tasty. I would have given this experience a 2.5 * mainly for the hassle and wait for the food, but 3 it is!

Best house salad and beef & vegetable soup! Great service! Our waitress was very nice and engaging. Tim was the manager on duty. He seemed like a great manager helping out his crew by clearing and wiping down tables to keep the flow of customers going. We had the Salisbury Steak and pot roast brisket with mashed potatoes. They were both good and big portions. Tables and area were nice and clean. Our new favorite place to eat when we visit Harrahs!

Not a big menu selection, and a very cold atmosphere. No ambience whatsoever. Seemed like a glorified Denny's

From the moment I was greeted by Beverly and seated for amazing service by Zully. I knew that my meal and overall experience would be nothing less than outstanding. Such a well run restaurant with delicious options. Thank you.

Menu has gone way downhill since we first moved here 3 years ago.Tried the turkey pot pie the last time we were there figuring that is something you could not screw up. I was wrong, it was terrible.

Had dinner here before DOGSTAR performance. Bob had a smooth glass of Pinot Noir. I indulged in the COLDEST Belgian Blue Moon that I ever had. The salads that came prior appeared small, but the bowl was almost too full of a delicious variety including black olives, tasty croutons & outstanding bleu cheese dressing. He ordered the sirloin steak. Huge plate. Perfectly cooked with al dente squash & carrots swimming in a cup of butter. The pilaf was divine. I had the chicken fried steak. Huge plate. 4 delectable, lightly breaded pieces sitting on a mountain of homemade mashed taters, covered with gravy. Same veggie selection. He had to finish mine there was so much. The atmosphere was busy, efficient but NOT noisy. Our server Jaylin was a bit soft spoken but the most pleasant, accomodating young man. We will come back again when not rushed. Thank you for a wonderful meal.
