Today was first group crossfit session! I thought it was going to be intimidating. It turned out to be a fun and energizing workout. Eric taught us good form and how to do the routine at your own pace without judgement. Keep up the great work!

I am not "Gym" material - furthest from it, maybe that is why I love Active Bodies! The owner Eric, is awesome - says hi personally each time you come in. Everyone seems to be happy and everyone gets a long well. The price for all the classes are fair if you take enough classes, otherwise the classes might be considered high.ZUMBA with Holly is my favorite class and the only one I take right now. But they also offer, Pilates, Kickboxing, and Yoga. Classes are geared for ALL age groups. I enjoy coming to active Bodies - working out doesn't seem like a chore when you are having fun.Eric also does personal training and boot camps. If you haven't been I would suggest at least a class to check it out.

Active Bodies is a very special gym. Erik is an amazing trainer. He is incredibly knowledgeable and crafts workouts that get amazing results without injury. I've worked with so many trainers that push you through outdated, dangerous exercises and I've been injured repeatedly. With the HiFi classes, I get a stellar workout and never feel bad pain. The people I've met at Active Bodies are so supportive and friendly. They made me feel like a part of the group from day one. If you are looking for your fitness family, this is the place!

I've been going to Active Bodies for 3 years now and have seen tremendous improvement in my strength and overall fitness. I wish the other recommendations are visible so other people can make a more inform decision about this business.

I really enjoy taking classes at Active Bodies! I try to take 5 or 6 classes each week and they have plenty to choose from. Pilates, Zumba, Kickboxing, Yoga...they event have a boot camp program. Everyone there is really friendly. I've been to a few places that the gals are all dressed up with hair and makeup and I think to myself...why, aren't you here to sweat? This is a normal people's gym, so I don't feel like I need to dress up to go. The people are there to work out and I love that.

I'm not a gym rat or a big gym with hundreds of people guy. Nor am I trying to be a NAVY Seal wannabe. My wife and I joined and we booth enjoy the extra push over trying to work out at home on our own. Eric has pushed me further than I have been pushed in a long time and I can see and feel the reward. Eric changes it up so i don't get to comfortable, with a great laid back atmosphere. Well worth the money to feel better and energetic and 30 at 55.

Just enjoyed a great workout. Eric is professional, polite, considerate, and knowledgeable. I will definitely come back to workout here again. Although it was only for 20 minutes, it was very productive. It was a combination of cardio and strength training. 3 rounds of 6 or 7 different moves and enjoyable stretches afterwards.if you like good deals, he has a great offer right now.

Active Bodies is unlike any "gym" I have ever attended. I mean that in the best of ways. The owner and trainer, Erik James, knows his stuff. He has years of experience in understanding the physiology of the body and what makes it change. The people are amazing - so supportive. It feels like you are going to work out with friends instead of to a gym where you are a number. I must admit that I was unsure about whether this would work when I first started. In fact, I had to stop half way through the first HIFI work out. BUT, Erik James was steadfast in his belief that if I was willing to put in the work, it would transform me. He was exactly right. He pushed (just enough) to challenge my body without making me feel like it was beyond my reach. He reminded me that this was a "process", not a quick fix. Each class was an accomplishment and, although it was never easy (quite honestly, we all know easy doesn't work), the change that I started to see was amazing. I have been going there for almost 2 years now and I love it as much as I did when I started (well... it was more of a love-hate relationship when I started). If you are unsure how to start the process to finally "do something", make this be your year. Visit Active Bodies, try a class (they offer a free HIFI class often). All it takes is a phone call, one that most of us put off longer than we should. Make the investment (yes, it takes money and time but we often spend both of those things foolishly). Don't look at this like another "gym membership", it's not. This is a personal training experience that will finally change you. It did me and if I can do it, anyone can do it.
