A Modo Mio

Really excited and happy to have a new restaurant in the area. First impressions are great. The ambiance and atmosphere is great. Unfortunately for our first visit I would only be able to give 3/5 stars. Our server did a great job but you can tell that there were some nerves since the place is barely opening but I did not mind that at all and will get better in time. We ordered The Butcher and although the pizza came out timely the crust was already extremely soggy. The flavors are there but we could barely pick up our slice without everything falling off. We also ordered the Rigatoni Salsiccia E Ricotta and that was probably the highlight of our meal. We hope this feedback helps and look forward to updating this review to a 5/5.

Tried this place the food was amazing, the decor is amazing very cozy. The service was amazing with our waitress Anna bing on point. Not sure why the less than great reviews because we did not experience it- they were on par. Maybe newly opened as it takes some time . We ordered the spaghetti with added shrimp and Salmon fish- incredible test! We also ordered the Short Rib-my god it was incredible! The rigatoni salsiccia ricotta was incredible. The deserts were amazing. Overall- AMAZING! I will definitely be back when in the area!

Visited A Modo Mio on a Saturday morning for coffee and pastries. They did not disappoint!! I am a pastry girl and have had pastries all over the world, these are exceptionally good. The coffee was also fresh and amazing. The employees were very helpful and conversational. The ambiance is great and I will be returning for dinner!

2nd visit and the positive vibes are headed in the right direction. Nikki was our server, knowledgeable, fun, checking on us just enough, entrees were delicious, several top of the line pizzas, red wine, and my same no carb grilled meats, same results, fantastic. I might need to start making reservations, they had a very nice crown mid week.

The the food was excellent. The atmosphere is beautiful. Unfortunately the staff are pretty incompetent. They don't know much about Italian cuisine. After ordering the salad which was pretty basic so skip the salad !! I asked for fresh cracked pepper. She had no idea what that was !! To the owners some feedback:Recommend competent staff, that checks in your customers fill water glasses when empty know the menu and provide free bread before your meal.

Overall the food was great. The service needs some work. Our waitress didn't know the menu. The table were very close to each other. I would wait a couple months for them to work out the kinks before going back.

3 tries and I'm out! Visit 1: Took friends here for dinner & service was very poor (too much to list here). Visit 2: Stopped in for coffee on a Sunday at 2PM but not allowed to sit on bistro side because ALL tables are reserved for "diners" (restaurant was empty) - options were to either sit at cramped coffee bar where only 2 barstools are located next to the wall or outside where two small coffee tables were located and both were occupied. Visit 3: Had TWO drinks (small servings) at the bar & server rushed us out (when no one else was at the bar), bill was $30 for two drinks and no food (my drink was only $9 & I tipped 20% - placed both drinks on same tab). Was so excited for this place to open but no thanks ...3 strikes and you're out!

Food was good , service was fast and the place was clean but for my friends who ordered panini it took longer for their food to arrive

Stopped here for lunch and the focaccia was sooo good. Highly suggest getting a dessert as well! Their pistachio gelato and croissant are both amazing.

They just opened last week and I can't wait to be back. The pizza is the best and tastes just as good as their Mimi Forno location. The meat sampler was amazing and the roasted potatoes a hidden gem of a side. The foccasia appetizer is a preview for what the pizza is gonna taste like if you order it! Soft and crispy but somehow doughy in all the right places (like me lol). On your way out grab pastries from their bakery (didn't know they had it!) But save them for later. Pair this restaurant with the dolce gelato place across the street. Amazing time for family or dates.
