85°C Bakery Cafe-Arrowhead Ranch

Wow, what a godsend!! I am familiar with this chain and I really cannot express how happy I am to finally have one out here in my area.This is pastry heaven. Sweet and savory items? Check. Cold desserts? Check. Large beverage menu? Also check.I did not get a lot of items this time around. Although they had a lot of items ready for sale when I went in at opening, they didn't have some items that I really wanted. Also, they didn't have baskets or trays to carry items around. So I could only buy what I could carry in my hands sadly. Now knowing this, I will be ready next time and bring my own bag so I can really go to town.Inside is on the smaller side but clean and brightly lit. There are 3 tables off to the side if you wanted to dine in. Staff is amazing and at least 1 of them speaks Mandarin. That will be very handy for my mom when she visits.They have their own app so I highly recommend downloading this to earn rewards. This location does not have online ordering turned on at this time but if they ever do, you can order ahead through the app. Unexpected bonus - they have their own drive-thru! I have not used this yet so unsure what exactly you can order through here. Drinks at least. You can count on me being a regular visitor! I can't wait to go back to try out more things.Small update: I went to their official grand opening event today 2/7. Turns out, there are trays for people to use. On my first visit, they were out and I wrongly believed that there was nothing for customers to use to carry their items.And yes, I did go to town and spent more than I anticipated lol.

So I was in the Peoria area and I wanted some tea and came across 85 bakery cafe, not even knowing it was so much more once I went inside! Pleasantly surprised and a little overwhelmed by all the bakery options to choose from and no explanation on what to do. I looked at other customers a saw that you get a tray and shop all the bakery items out then pay at register. Since I really wasn't in the mood for any tasty looking baked goods or dessert which was in a glass case, I used their self checkout screen and ordered an iced matcha green tea strawberry iced latte.The wait wasn't long because most people were getting baked items. The cafe is very cute with a few seating spots inside but mostly the seating is outside.My Matcha Strawberry latte was SO GOOD, it had pretty esthetic with green and pink and fresh strawberries at the bottom!!I will be back again and will be prepared for bakery shopping! My only gripe is that no one explained or helped me understand what they were and how to make the best of my first time there.

I told myself I wasn't going to spend a lot here and buy a bunch. So, that was a lie. Our total was less than $75, with the app you can get points and I got a free quarterly drink. Yasssss. Saving money. If you don't use it, you're losing money lol. It was very busy for their soft opening. Obvi everyone is just as excited as me. Service was very friendlyIt looks nice and clean in there and there's plenty of parking. (It's right next to a Petsmart with lots of parking even if the smaller lot gets full) Some of the items they offer at this location are different than what I found at the other Az location. I'm unsure if it was a menu update or just location specific. They have sandwiches at this location. They had a pesto sandwich but I forgot what else was on there. I got the ham and cheese and my mini and I split it. There was ham, cheese and a dill sauce, on puff pastry topped with poppy seeds. I'm pretty sure there was something else but I ate it super fast. It was so good. So the Vietnamese iced coffee, it's always delicious no matter where you get it. But today I was tired and when I took a sip I felt like a video game character when they increase their health. 10/10. The tiramisu cheesecake was pretty good. It wasn't too sweet. I would prefer more coffee flavor but it wasn't still good. There is a ton of cocoa powder on top. When mini and I were taking bites, cocoa powder was falling off our forks everywhere. But, ‍, I've come to terms with being a little messy. Basque cheesecake is a small cheesecake treat I never skip. I'm one of those people that don't like cheesecake crust, so this is perfect for me. It's a cup of cheesecake and it's not super sweet and it's delicious. My go-to drink every time is the red grapefruit green tea, it's super refreshing, no matter the temperature outside. If you want a delicious breakfast bun to start your day, it kind of depends on what you're looking for. If you want protein, I recommend the bacon and cheese or the ham and cheese or the jalapeño cream cheese (it tastes like a bagel with cream cheese but softer). Yummmm. Anyway, I'm so excited we have one on my side of town, I'm probably going to be there a lot.

A little late for this review, but we came here during their soft opening. The lines were long but all the goodies were there. We also stopped by during their grand opening and was able to get a reusable tote bag and a t-shirt. We had to spend $30 in order to get the t-shirt but it was worth it. So happy there's one in the West Valley and no longer have to drive to Chandler for it!

Yay!! Finally there's an 85 Bakery Cafe nearby; saves me time in having to drive all the way to Chandler. The place is clean and spacious. The staff are all welcoming and efficient. There's fresh assortments of pastries and delicious cakes! I love that they're not overly sweet and just perfect. I always order between the peach green tea or ice cafe which are both good; no complaints there. I've tried the Mango Creme Brulee w/ fresh mangos on top which was pure bliss with every bite. I've recently tried the Cream Cheesecake which tasted more like a pound cake but yummy. Overall, you can't go wrong with the selection of pastries they have; there'll all pretty good!

Might just be because they're new, but the last two times I've been here, they were out of multiple pastries that I came here for. There were multiple shelves empty mid-day and I only saw a few being restocked. The coffee is good at least.

So glad they opened one near Deer Valley! I stopped by on their soft opening (1/4) and had a great experience. This location has a drive-thru, which is awesome. It's also bigger than the Chandler spot, and the layout is way better--you don't feel stuck in the line while walking around the bakery.The cake selection is about the same as other locations, and the cashiers, though new, were super friendly. Overall, my first visit was a good one.

One of my favorite Asian bakeries is finally nearby my home!!! It's the weekend and just opened last weekend so it was jam packed, however that's a great sign :) We got bunch of different pastries and 2 drinks. As always every single item was delicious. My favorite was Hokkaido cheese tart. My salted cream matcha was a perfect combo of flavor as well. Love the creamy, salty, and sweet consistency. Cute interior, I just wish the store was bigger and can accommodate a little more tables for little dine-in experience! I'll be back very shortly lol

SO GLAD THEY CAME TO AZ! small but perfect, get the salted caramel lattes, you can't go wrong with iced or hot!

Yay!!! I'm so happy they opened an 85c on the west side. So many delicious pastries to choose from and for a reasonable price too. Service was great and the bakery was clean. Drinks were delicious too, i always get the Jasmine iced tea 50%sweet. My favorite is the garlic bread, milk bread, and chicken pesto!
