I was interested in trying out this food truck as they stopped by downtown Phoenix and seem to specialize in mac + cheese! I ordered the regular mac and cheese as well as the brisket sandwich, and my order was prepared promptly. The mac and cheese could have used more flavor -- I could taste some seasoning, but I wished that it was more cheesy/creamy or had more of a kick to it. The brisket sandwich was a little better -- the tangy BBQ sauce went well with the brisket + sandwich buns. The brisket itself was ok; it wasn't super chewy but it also wasn't melt-in-your-mouth tender. They gave generous portions of it inside the sandwich, which was a nice perk!Overall, I would come back to try the pulled pork sandwich! I don't think I would get the mac and cheese a second time, however.

This business is despicable. I booked them for my wedding 8 months ago, put a deposit down and spoke to Lance several times and even went over menu items a few weeks ago. Turn clock forward...my WEDDING DAY. I got to venue to get married and was told AFTER the ceremony the food truck was a no-show. Myself and several.others tried to call and text them to see where they were...THEY GHOSTED me and we had to go get food for my wedding guests on the spot. My Maid of Honor googled them and saw they had left for New Mexico on Thursday. A CALL, TEXT, EMAIL ANYTHING WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE TO LET ME KNOW THEY WERENT COMING!!DO NOT EVER HIRE THEM. THEY RUINED MY WEDDING RECEPTION AND still have My deposit which I made on March 7th!The BRIDE

Do not bother! Today was my friends wedding and they were booked to bri g the food. They didn't show up and didn't return calls. Almost ruined the wedding. Never ever use them

Is there a negative 5 stars? We had a wedding we were organizing for this food truck. They took a $200 deposit to show up. They confirmed and took the deposit but didn't show up to the wedding. Bride was devastated. We had to run and grab food after the reception started. But, they completely ghosted us the day of. I have no comment about the food because we never tried it. But, there are enough reviews to give you a hint of quality; maybe, them not appearing may have saved us based on older reviews. Part of the negative review was that they reported their company was dissolving due to a partnership issue but somehow made an appearance the same day of the wedding at a New Mexico festival. **BUYER BEWARE**

Very good food , super friendly and nice! Highly recommend trying it out!!:) I had the smoked bbq chicken Mac and the CBR both were amazing! :)

Food was good and service was better! Very nice people. Very cheesy and saucey! I would recommend if you want something filling!

Went and stopped there for a bite to eat, and was looking for some good soul food. What i got was more like food that leaves the soul when you die. Brisket was fatty and chewy mac and cheese wasn't flavored at all. And I felt as if I had overpaid for everything. Gave my money to the wrong small business. Never again.

Worst mac and cheese I ever tasted .. Dirt Cheap!! .. The cooks fingernails were dirty digging through the cheese .. Another cook decided to urinate behind the truck when the Porta potty was 30 feet away... The server had horrible body odor and the owner is a certified scammer read the comments! this truck needs to be banned

This Mac has no favor at all and it's drowned in bbq sauce to make up for it and all the meat on this briquet is just straight fat 10/10 would not recommend
