Incredible! We ordered the Coney Island and it was spot on! Also ordered the peppermint rolls and they were absolutely delicious! Must try this place!

212 Ice Cream Studio is a sweet paradise for ice cream enthusiasts! From classic flavors to inventive creations, they have something for everyone.We tried their "Gulab jamun ice cream" and "Kiss and tell" from their menu. Both were so good. They have lot of creative menus for everyone's tatse.

Unique and interesting way of making icecream! Rolled icecream that is made right infront of you! The place is very colorful and Instagram able with Colorful walls and a wall with a couch and sign in the background. They have a very great menu with many different flavors and flavor options.

We stopped for dessert following my daughter's dance competition at Higley Center for the performing arts. I found the business Saturday night on Yelp while looking for dinner.please know that everything gets a personal touch, so give extra time just to order and receive... but you won't be disappointed! All rolls are done right in front of you on the cold tops.I ordered the Blueberry cheesecake which was their base with blueberries and NY cheesecake bites. It was finished with blueberry boba and whipped cream. I loved it! It was very smooth and extremely tasty. I appreciate how they get the mixture ready to roll. You get all flavors in every bite!My wife and daughter enjoyed the Absolute Mango (mango base with whipped cream and mango boba) and the strawberry lemonade (base with strawberries and I believe fresh lemon zest). This one was topped with whipped cream and strawberry sauce. Their favorite was the mango (my daughter was a big fan of the boba). We think the strawberry lemonade would be good with lemon and strawberry boba (not sure what flavors of boba that they have). My father in law ordered the Namaste which is the base with strawberries and NY cheesecake bites. He had his topped with whipped cream and strawberry sauce. He really enjoyed it but wanted more strawberry. My mother in law got the Alien Invasion with mint chip ice cream instead of the cotton candy ice cream. There was so much to this! Ice cream, cones, a macaroon, a strawberry stick, and a gold coated whopper. She really enjoyed it and was glad that she could swap out the ice cream.Both employees were amazing. Very polite and attentive. We will definitely make this a stop whenever we are up in Gilbert. We highly recommend!I

Tried this place for the first time the other day and wondered why in the heck it took me so long to discover it. The ice cream was super creamy and tasted great! I'll for sure be back to try other flavors. I saw a few others I thought sounded good and had a hard time deciding.

Such a fun and unique place! We came in early on a Saturday evening and the gals in there were crushing it. It does take a little while per customer, so please bring your patience! The ice cream was delicious and we can't wait to go back and try some more unique combinations.

Definitely an experience! Never heard of rolled ice cream or tried it, so this was fun! Customer service was excellent. Ordering is a bit confusing if it's your first time, but the ladies working were very pleasant and happy to help with any questions.

This is a fun little ice cream shop. I visited once and the main attraction was cereal ice cream so I picked a flavor and they blended it up. I thought the price was a little high for the quality and flavor but it could just be my own personal taste for ice cream is different.

Cute little shop but rolled ice cream wasn't my favorite. The flavor was mild and the texture was flakey. Won't be going back ‍ love the concept just wish it had more flavor for the price.

Kind of an out of the way ice cream place, but ice cream is good and they have a good assortment of toppings. You can't see the ice cream like at B&R, so you have to order off a list. Toppings are visible, but not accessible - the counter person has to do that for you. All in all, it's a decent ice cream shop.
