The service here went above and beyond. My son wet himself waiting for the bathroom and the service team hunted down the last spare shirt in the back closet for him. I really appreciate it! Also, the butter croissant was amazing!. Thank you all!!

Ok I have feelings guys, lots of feelings about this place Let's say the good stuff first, the service is great, they do the best that they can and are very accurate and they get a TON of people. The food is great! I love the variety especially when you have picky eaters, I love the idea of coming back and trying something new or even one of the favs that I've had. The table situation is a bit of a problem, not that it's packed, which it was, but can we please please please have nice things! It seems like the cheapest most uncomfortable chair and lack of decor is used to move people along I get it I do but ugh I wish we had nice places that also had nice food and not that we can only have one of the other Also please avoid grabbing a table while someone is in line, there are people who move fast and would like a chance to eat real quick

We love coming here. In terms of pastries and eating options, it's great. The coffee isn't always consistent, so be sure to taste it first before heading out. The pricing is a bit steep; we pay at least $25 for two small coffees and two pastries. And the prices for their salads and sandwiches are equivalent to those at a casual restaurant.It's a coffee place, so there isn't much service. But there are often too many people working, and it's a bit disorganized. It's packed every time we've gone there, and seating is at a premium. It isn't a quiet place so I don't recommend coming to study or for a meeting.

SO GOOD! Perfect ratio of sweetness to coffee taste. I got mine on a rainy day and I still loved it. But it would be even better on a sunny day! I came on Sunday afternoon and there was a really long line, probably took 10 minutes to order but once I ordered, it came out in 2 minutes.

We had ordered Mercury signature kouign Amann, which was very good, Caramel solk, cardamom honey latte and Cappuccino. Other drinks were good except for Cappuccino, which was a little burnt, which I did not expect. They had also missed the whipped cream on cardamom latte, but fixed after going back.For coffee place, I was expecting to have top-notch basic Cappuccino done right.If any of you are wondering, they are using the rising coffee bean mix.Ambiance was buzzing and crowded.Service was good.Parking was a little hard to find.

I brought my Aunt & Cousin from Texas here to buy coffee from my fave roasters & the experience at this location was the best. We walked in & hopped in line after selecting the coffees they wanted. We snaked through the long-ish line but the experience was fun & energetic with all of the people in the coffee shop. We all picked up the oversized cream cheese cinnamon roll & had the bag of beans ground in house by staff. The inside of this location is so fun bc they have the bakery and the workings of it all is so energetic & a vibe for out of towners. Thanks for a great location & experience

Came in Saturday morning around 10:30am and it's CROWDED!! Long line that wraps about 3 sides of their station. Line movers fast though... about 15 minutes to the cashier. Parking was almost full in the plaza and the store was brimming with people. We were able to find a small seating area after we ordered within a few minutes. Maybe we got lucky? Tons and tons of pastries, salads, pastas, bagels, sandwiches. We got their bacon beechers pastry. Delicious with it all warmed up. 10/10 We finished it in less than 5min.It's a bit loud with the amount of people and the music blasting, but I do see some people with their laptops trying to get work done. They do have some outside seating and some bar stool seating around the store ( in front of their kitchen area).Their drinks are definitely on the sweeter side. I got the Cardamom honey latte (hot) and my bf got the blended caramel silk.The caramel silk was super sweet with tons of caramel flavor. The cardamom honey latte was with oatmilk was yummy. Not too sweet! Would come again! It's my second time here.

We missed our turn one afternoon and ended up finding this wonderful place. Being from out of town, we went in and we were pleasantly surprised. So many interesting things to see and try and not enough time. Staff were very nice and patient although really busy while serving the lunch hour crowd.We had a cold brew and some iced tea. Got a croissant with cream filling and topped with toasted coconut which was yummy. Missed taking a photo of that. Would have loved to linger for awhile and try a few other drinks and pastries. I looked up if Mercurys Coffee is elsewhere but it looks like all of its 12 locations are in Washington state. Will have to find one next time I visit this state and make time to savor their variety of pastries and their 100% organic coffee.

Cool vibe a bit spendy for a breakfast sandwich and a grande coffee at $20. A little slow on the delivery. Seven people waiting and three served in 10 minutes. Handing out a chocolate covered coffee bean. Kind of cool.
