TLDR: hot ramen soup that hits the spot on a cold nightI came here on a Sunday night with 2 other people. Wait was around 30-40 minutes but it was classic chilly Seattle weather and I was in a soupy mood so we stuck around.I got the combo with spicy miso ramen and chicken karaage. The karaage came out hot and juicy, it paired great with a sprinkle of the lemon juice and the side of spicy mayo. The ramen came out quickly after and was a perfect meal for a cold night. The noodles were a nice al dente texture, the chashu was salty, fatty goodness, and the soup was soothing with a nice spicy kick. Will definitely be coming back to try out the rest of the menu!

Satisfied my creamy ramen needs! This is the place if you want your brain to be overcome by rich, creamy, umami flavored broth. Noodles were cooked to perfection. The pork had a nice flavor and fat pieces were so delicious. Wait for this place is pretty common so get their early. Service is fast and efficient. Cute place for a date. Loved the samurai theme.

Came on a Sunday, arrived around 7pm and it was a 30 min wait. Absolutely enjoyed the Hybrid ramen, though personally I still prefer the dipping style (Tsukemen) more. Make sure to add the marinated egg! The pork belly was so very tender. It was crowded but not too loud. Service was quick. A little hard to get server's attention to add a drink since they're so busy, but it's understandable.

Food is good. Both ramens (ramen with hot broth and tsukemen (dipping ramen) with cold broth are good. If you are looking for tsukemen, it's a good place to go! Servers were friendly. Food served bit slower despite it wasn't busy. We went there during weekends but heard that this place would be so busy on the weekends. So, you might expect to be in line. Ambience is nice. Very ramen place vibe!

I visited on a Sunday evening with 2 others and we were promptly seated. The restaurant wasn't too busy. I ordered the spicy miso ramen and my friends ordered the hybrid ramen and miso ramen combo with gyoza. The spicy miso ramen was very spicy. Spicy miso ramen is my go to order at ramen restaurants, and the broth here was so spicy that it was uncomfortable to drink the broth alone. I would order this again if I could ask for less spice. I tried my friend's hybrid ramen and didn't like the broth. The regular miso ramen's broth was good. The noodles have good texture and firmness. The gyozas were yummy too. I'd come back and order a miso ramen with a side of spicy or a less spicy miso ramen.

Hybrid Tsukemen is very tasty. Great rich flavor on the dipping broth, with a gravy like texture. Definitely worth a try. Mari broth at the end to finish up you're meal, and you'll for sure be satisfied.

I came here with my boyfriend on a Tuesday prior to leaving Seattle. He'd been here three times prior, since his friend previously lived down the street. He raved to me about the tsukemen at this location, and since there's only a select few locations in the South Bay that offer it, I thought why not give it a shot?I was very close to ordering the curry don since I was really craving it, but he was hellbent on insisting that the noodle quality here was top notch and he was not wrong! I ended up getting the curry tsukemen with an egg and cold noodles, and he got the hybrid tsukemen with cold noodles and the combo with chicken karaage and iced green tea. Chicken karaage: hot hot hot!! Fresh out of the fryer, the spicy mayo and lemon wedge really helped bring out the delicious flavor of the chicken. The breading was on point. Curry tsukemen: delicious and flavorful, so many different spices and aromas colliding to make a mouth watering broth. The noodles were really chewy and not mushy at all, and the pork belly was seasoned so well. The iced green tea: was canned and didn't have much flavor, whereas we thought that it would be freshly brewed. Not really worth the price, perhaps you could get another beverage if you're interested in the combo!Next time I come here, I'd definitely love to try more different tsukemen flavors and rice bowls.

This is definitely one of my go to places! Ramen is definitely one of my comfort foods, but I would definitely go here for the tsukumen in liue of traditional broth ramen. The broth is so flavorful and the noodles are chewy and the perfect consistency! I've also had the mazemen which I thought was going to taste very similar to the tsukumen, but it was surprisingly very different! I enjoyed it a lot! They always play throwback music which is a fun vibe!

Came here with my boyfriend one evening and thought it was pretty good! It was a balmy summer day, and they had the windows open for a nice breeze to flow through the restaurant. We loved that they had a full vegan menu, with vegan alternatives for nearly every menu item. Also, the ramen came in heavy ceramic bowls, which made the whole experience feel more homey. I loved the red ramen I ordered, with a rich spicy broth and soft tender pork. He got the vegan black ramen, and while it was good, it wasn't super outstanding. I think this is definitely a good alternative for Ramen Danbo in Capitol Hill, when you're in the area and craving ramen and the lines there are just too long. But otherwise, while it's definitely not the best ramen place in Seattle, it's still a pretty decent option and I'd come back again.
