Always great and always clean. They should change up their flavors a bit more often but since it's the only "ice cream" place in town - I understand why they have pretty vanilla flavors. We're there usually once every two weeks and will continue to go.

Great lil munchies shop. Perfect for after dinner. Especially if you just had dinner in one of the neighboring restaurants. Great experience all around. Variety of flavors are good and they switch it up a lot. My ONLY complaint is the vegan options. It's usually just 3 and for some reason...pineapple is always there. But it's ok because it still tastes good. Yesterday they had a vegan oatmeal cookie. It looked better than it tasted. Staff are always friendly and ask you how many tasting cups you want. I like that. Don't only give me one, ask me how many and give the opportunity to sample the YUMMIES. Ok. So you noticed I don't load mine up. Lol. A looooong time ago I went to a store where someone was selling "invisible meat sauce". I wondered what it was and he tells me that everyone uses A1 sauce on meat. So when you eat it...all you taste is A1 and not the meat. Blew me away. So....I wanted to just taste the fro yo. Mmmmmmmm peanut butter. And mmmmmm original tart. Thankfully this was my cheat day!!!! I was left wanting more. I'll be back munchies. And...thanks for the spoon!!! Constant reminder of the yummies.

Great place to stop in and grab a pint .... Or just go wild and mix up your own concoction from all their great selections. Few tables, but I choose to grab my favorites and head home for a movie. Sometimes they empty their machines of one flavor and offer selected flavors for sale in the freezer section.

The shop was very clean even though it was a busy Friday night when we went. They had a lot of different flavors my favorite was the pineapple. They have everything for everyone and you can customize exactly what you want with their toppings. The guy at the register was very nice and helpful.

I have been going here for years, and it's not that bad actually. They have special flavors that come out every month for a limited time and a large variety of toppings. Personally some gummy bears and sprinkles on birthday cake flavored fro yo is my fav. Due to COVID, they keep all of the toppings in little containers to take for your fro yo, pretty good! I recommend this place.

This was my first time at Menchie's, but not at frozen yogurt places like it. I actually prefer it to places like Pink Berry or Yogurtland where either the yogurt is too tart or it doesn't look all that clean. The tasting cups where on a tray - super easy to get to and in my opinion you don't need to be told how to full up a cup of the frozen yogurt you want - and the cups next to all the flavors. I love that each flavor has allergic and dietary info above it...perfect for people with any sort of restrictions or preferences. We got pumpkin + peanut butter, hazelnut + black cherry, and peanut butter + hazelnut and they all tasted very good! I really liked how the toppings were set up too, away from the yogurt to give that side space and with clear labels even kids can recognize easily. Can't wait to go back. :)

Some of the yogurts were more soupy, still enjoyable but really wish the machines were cleaner and more presentable. They didn't have any edible cones or bowls which was disappointing. The 2 teens behind the counter were ignoring patrons except to collect payment. This location is dirty, the tables were sticky.The South Hill location is much cleaner, the machines are in better shape and they always have cones and bowls.

This is a great frozen yogurt place if you need a refresher for a hot sunny day. The service was good because the sales associate was there to ring everyone up without having to wait. Clean place to sit down if needed.

I'll say this much, I had to download an app to review this place. That in itself should speak volumes. I came in to reward my son with a treat and apparently had emptied my purse at home and left my debit card. Realized it at the checkout, Bane and Sean were so thoughtful and without hesitation Sean paid for my order. I appreciate a business that goes above and beyond and that was certainly the case here. Thank you gentlemen!
