Ordered through UberEats and everything was packaged great, cooked well, but a little off or bland in flavors.Got the Beef Lo Mein, steamed dumplings, and fried chicken wings that were just seasoned & came with a roll. They even saw my note for a side of Sriracha and gave a bunch of soy sauce and duck sauce.Steamed dumplings - Devoured in minutes because it was the perfect temperature - came in a simple foam box but hot enough for a 10 minute drive to reach me. Also came with decent black vinegar to dip with - wish I had some fresh ginger though. 8/10 would recommend for a quick dumpling craving fix.Fried Chicken Wings & roll - Price, temperature, texture was GREAT! Super crispy and fried to perfection. Meat was a little lacking in flavor and not much seasoning on it aside from basic salt. Would have loved some sort of sauce or garlic on it at least. Bun was meh - could have done without or had a steam bun instead. 8/10 would recommend.Beef Lo Mein - I was craving lo mein for about a month now and it satisfied it. The noodles were well made (boiled - not stir fried like chow mein) and had all the ingredients necessary. Had decent flavor but still felt like it was missing some sort of seasoning that I can't put my finger on and wished there was more sauce from the beef to eat it with. Definitely MSG used and although it's not an overwhelming amount, I don't prefer it in my food. 6/10 wouldn't advise against but wouldn't really recommend it if you're sensitive to additives. (I'm fine with MSG in processed foods, just not fresh cooked foods.)For a place that has an all around menu, I was a little sus about how everything would taste. I'm happy to report it's solid in the Chinese food department.3 stars for solid, well cooked food - 2 stars missing because the complex flavors of authentic Chinese food is definitely washed out or missing and I'm a snob about MSG.Great job for a simple place though and I'm throughly impressed with how they cooked everything to the right temperature and textures.

Got a gyro with extra meat. It was "OK". Definitely nothing stellar to write home to mom about or lose your virginity over.Also had the shrimp fried rice. Very plain. Tasted like it was cooked in the Piggly Wiggly deli. Blech. For my money, Green Bamboo in Cordova and Noodles in Germantown offer the best flied lice.

So I had small shrimp fried rice it was really good I ate it all it's not a bad spot for fried rice and shrimp I got it through the drive through since dine in is closed with covid 19

I decided to give them another try since a friend said how great the food is. I got sesame chicken with fried rice. Wow! That was freaking good! I went through the drive thru this trip. Not sure how clean it was inside but the food was good. Lady working the speaker and window wasn't the friendliest. She was punctual and professional. I will definitely try again.

I just want to take this time to give Yums a shout out. Not for their fine cuisine or fabulous atmosphere, but for their variety of foods cooked at a remarkable speed at an even more remarkable price.Correct me if I'm wrong, but there are few places that have a menu consisting of Chinese food, sandwiches, gyros, hot wings, fried anything, or random items such as "pizza pockets." Yes, Yums has all this and more. Variety--check!Yums has a drive through. However, they are just as quick inside. They always have your food out in about 5 minutes or less. Speed--check!Here's my favorite part though, the price. I usually order the Chinese food (chicken and broccoli is my fav) and they give me enough food to feed me for 2 meals. All for around $6. Cheap price--check! This my friends, is the beauty of Yums. Judge if you want, but it is a truly happy place where you can find an assortment of cheap meals.

Great prices, location & service but the food is just not good at all. I kept it simple and ordered the house fried rice because you can't go wrong right ? Well it went wrong , not sure on what was missing but I didn't enjoy it.

what happened? they used to have the best general tso chicken. now they have the worst! it tasted like I was eating hush puppies dipped in the sauce. the egg roll was cold but the wings were fresh and ok.I cannot get over how nasty the TSO tasted. I told the cashier and he apologized. not going back and goodbye general TSO!yums on Highland Ave near university of memphis.

Sesame chicken and fried rice was TERRIBLE!! The chicken was mostly skin and barely had meat. Rice was bland and i had to wait for them to correct my order that was already placed ahead. Will NOT BE GOING BACK HERE!!

Chicken is super suspect and the only good thing is their Philly cheesesteak and white rice

Ordered out today. Husband wanted Chinese, and Yums was close by. Ending the night with everyone in the house with food poisoning. Never. Again
