First, let me say that they have a charitable donation jar by the register rather than a tip jar. Often times the donations go to dog and children charities. Good for you Dale!Second, the cupcakes and desserts are delectable. The $5 boxed lunch is a fantastic deal with a hand-written message inside each box. Thank you!Third, the customer service is fantastic. I love going here, and I love the people and atmosphere. I recommend this place without hesitation.

They didn't have any condiments for my sandwhich, the sandwhich was cold and hard.. I walked back in and asked if they could atleast heat it for me and the kid at the register seemed in a rush and told me they didn't have a microwave, a heater, or an oven.. He threw cheese on my sandwhich and they all left the building.. Never coming back. I had to go home and fix my sandwhich from there

Terrible customer service. Went in for a few cupcakes for a treat for some co-workers. One employee was sitting talking to another person at the table, no one ever asked if i needed any help so i walked out. Poor customer service.

What a joyful surprise! First time here and will be back! Delicious sandwich on a croissant. Salads available, grilled items also. Yummy cupcakes with cool old school song names! Bakery items throughout and handmade crafts for sale. They are celebrating their 10 year anniversary this summer. Do yourself a tasty favor and check them out.

The food is great and the friendly service is even better. Wonderful cupcakes and other sweets, my favorite sandwich is the chicken salad. We usually stop in when we're in the area.

If mom and pop places are your jam you will love the Woodstock Bake Shop. The store is casual and laid back, the staff friendly and the cupcake watching exceptional. We stopped by this week for lunch and were oh so pleased we did! The boxed lunch was delicious and the cupcake delightfully delicious! This little hidden gem doesn't have a tip jar, they do however have a charity donation jar at the register for causes worth helping! This little bake shop reminds me of a popular Memphis stop that shall remains nameless. It's exceptionally noteworthy and a great addition to the Jackson TN restaurant line up. The cupcakes were better than moms but don't tell her that, pull in today and see for yourself.

This is a great little cupcake shop. We had a strawberry and a banana cupcake. They both had cream cheese frosting. Surprisingly the banana cupcake was a favorite. Both cupcakes were very moist and had a fine texture.

This place is a want a be Sam's Club which is giving it some credit. My daughter and I went in and lost a quarter just to leave after a minute or two. Their advertisement is very misleading to the Max's about this place. I'm not at all impressed by what I seen on my first and last visit. The buggy was I going to use was hard to push because one of the wheels was dragging even though it looked fairly new. The quarter thing was a very old Save A Lot deal that went out in the 80's with them.

We stopped here on our drive from Houston to Nashville and are so glad we did. My pimento cheese sandwich served on a croissant was exceptional and my wife thoroughly enjoyed her popping grilled cheese sandwich, also served on a croissant. The cupcakes were delicious. The quality and value exceeded expectations. Don't go chain, go local and give this place a try
