Stopped by to get some CBD products and had a great experience! They had a large assortment of cbd options. This wonderful lady named Memory was very helpful!

Place is a complete joke. Passive aggressive staff, a dictator type owner and extremely over priced merch. There stuff is literally 150-200% more costly then whatever. Do yourself a favor and go to whatever, the best staff and prices in town. No wonder people talk down so much about wizards. It's kinda a known memphis convo.

This business is awful. My son went in there to grab just a few items,that should have totaled $10. The girl at the register tried to charge him $44. I've heard they have a reputation of this scam. I called the owner today to let him know his employees were scamming. I've worked in restaurants most of my life. I understand the public can at times be a nuisance. This guy though was unbelievable,to the point where all we could do was laugh. He kept screaming at me,cussed at me...this man is not smoking herb, he's on meth or crack. Don't do business with these people not only do they scam customers,the owner might be the rudest most immature individual I've ever encountered. How he has a business,astounds me.

I bought a vaporizer from here on recommendation from the dude who was working only to discover later that is was broken. Brought it back not even 24 hours later and was told they don't do exchanges or refunds. They do not let you know this before you purchase anything. They recommended I send it to the manufacturer. Terrible shop all around I'm surprised they have been in business as long as they have. Go to Whatever just a couple of buildings down.

Great store. The dude that helped me today was very down to earth and knowledgeable. The parking situation isn't ideal with its 4 awkward spots in front of the store, but given the location, that's to be expected. Besides, parking a little ways away is good for your health. (; I normally turn down assistance while shopping, but I'm glad I let the staff show me stuff this time around. I will be a returning customer.

Literally the worst customer service I've ever experienced do not waste a penny here. Wizzards products don't even work. Whatever is a much better option. I would give this place zero stars if i could. The manager seems to be the root cause of their issues.

I was visiting Memphis when I stopped into Wizards. I loved the appearance of the building and was mesmerized by their selection. However, as I was browsing I noticed their prices to be more than I had expected and the employee who was assisting me to be unprofessional. I will not say all the employees are unprofessional because I was eventually helped by a knowledgeable and helpful individual. As I was purchasing my product with ID in hand I was called out from across the room by the owner of the store. Customers looked at me as she shouted "Is the little short girl buying that...?" I felt extremely judged and embarrassed. I do not understand why such a big deal was made out of my turn at check out, but I do know I will not be purchasing anything from Wizard's again.

First off, I must commend the actual building that is Wizard's. Something about driving up to the place is oddly fascinating. It has a very hippy vibe and you cannot help but be intrigued by the place when you see it. This place is actually almost OCD clean- which you don't come to expect from a "smoke-shop." They have a wide array of blown glass pipes. Though I wouldn't necessarily use the term gorgeous to describe an item used to smoke tobacco, I couldn't help but notice how beautiful these pieces really were. There is so much detail and attention in each piece, and even my non-artistic eye could spot that.The staff here is friendly and laid back. Go figure- laid back? In a "smoke-shop"? Shocker right? In addition to smoking accessories, they have WoodWick Candles. I bought my first one here and have to say it has been added to my ever snobbish list of candles that I now adore. It's a very short list people.Wizard's also offers up incense, lighters, shoes, jewelry, crystals, detox drinks and pills and even some silly magnets and stickers. I hate to say it, but I wish I smoked so I had an excuse to come here more often.

Wizards is Great!!! I have been coming here for over 40 years. Shake off the haters. They have always gone out of their way to help with whatever! Go in and ask for Danny. He is top notch and cool cat!

A guy with a lazy eye would followed me and my friend around while we were browsing and kept asking us if he could buy drugs. Even after we made it apparent we were uncomfortable he continued on. Go to whatever
