A decade or so ago, this used to be my "go to" liquor store. Today, things are different. The staff is unhelpful, surly, and unfriendly. The last straw was when I was denied use of their restroom. I had a bladder issue, and was told to go to the Kroger. Anyway, their prices are a bit high, so I no longer shop here.

I would recommend you spend your money elsewhere... The store is notorious for gouging customers on certain items. Was quoted $499 for a George T Stagg bourbon (600 percent over retail, and another $499 quote for 10-year-old Old Rip van Winkle, which is about 1000% over retail. When I informed him that I had purchased a 12 year Van Winkle Special Reserve for $80 he got angry and called me a liar... Not every liquor store out there gouges their customers. Support the ones that don't.

I enjoy coming to this wine cellar after a long week of work to stock up for the weekend. Very nice selection of liquors and wine are here.

I wouldn't recommend this thieving store to my worst enemy. They shorted me my money and. They over charged me. Then the Iranian man then asked me if there was a problem because I stood to the side to put my change up. He gave me no receipt and by the time I was going to go get my money back they closed early. Straight garbage. I will be reporting them.

I would really love to love this store. Especially because on most items the prices are good and the location is convenient for me. However, every time I've shopped in this store the staff has been very rude and unhelpful. Not to mention the simple act of asking any one of them a question seems to be disruptive and bothersome. I have always been able to overlook the terrible customer service because after all it's just purchasing alcohol but then today happened and I will not be back. My husband and I drive twice a month into TN just to purchase somewhere between $200-400 worth of wine and spirits for ourselves and others because the prices are considerably better. This evening we stood debating as the attendant scanned in our order on whether or not to purchase a certain bottle. I said no less than 3 times "it's only $13, why not" and he finally agreed and told the attendant we would take it. Upon receiving our receipt it became clear that bottle was not $13 but $27. The bottles next to it were priced at $13 and the signs terribly placed. We immediately asked to return the bottle and were told not a chance and no exception. When we explained the signs were off they acknowledged this was true but still said no. Then we pointed out they could've let us know as they were clearly present for our "it's only $13" debate and were literally told that wasn't their "problem to get into customers conversations." I feel like any upstanding individual would have pointed out it was not actually $13 or returned it when we hadn't even left the store yet. It might be just wine and spirits but I have to draw the line at blatantly ripped off.
