The food was excellent. I had the pork platter with Mac & cheese and the Diablo beans as sides. It was all great tasting food. My wife had the brisket tacos and she loved them . I have to say the Diablo beans were the best beans I've ever had in the 8 years I've been living and traveling in the south. Spicy but not too hot and not the super sweet stuff you get at other places. I truly recommend this place. By the way very nice and attentive people.

Tried Whiskey Fire for the first time today! The service was top notch, and the food was amazing! I had the brisket bombs and hush puppies. I'll definitely be going back to get more soon! Whiskey Fire is a very chill place to stay and eat or you can order to go. Very awesome!

The brisket egg roles....MUST HAVE.Stopped by here in a whim and I'm very glad I did. The pulled pork sandwich..awesome! (Ask for the hot BBQ sauce). I had I rented on ordering brisket but they were out at the time (only reason for a 3 instead of 4 star review)The show stealer however were the Brisket egg rolls....they are FANTASTIC! I would highly suggest anyone stop by if they are in the area and craving some BBQ.

This is hands-down the best place to get barbecue ribs in the entire galaxy and I am i clueing the mumtiverse. I have to say I don't like their barbecue sauce at all but who cares when the meat is this good. You don't even need it. I drive over 45 minutes to get here from where I live on a regular basis because I dream about their ribs. Trust me you will too if you ever try them.

Great food and convenient location. Don't forget to call ahead to pick-up your order or enjoy the picnic tables while you wait.

Worst experience in long time! Went to pick up food for hubby, 1/2 rack ribs $20!!!!!Teeny tiny slider $5! Wasn't worth it! Saw peach cobbler on menu, thought might be nice - big mistake!!! Was just a piece of crust with something resembling a fruit sauce thinly spread on it. Dry dry dry! Black bean/corn salad inedible!!! Kinda like black beans and corn niblets doused with vinegar.The meat was good but I could have had that with ambience and a sit down venue for that price!!!!The whole experience left me just angry at myself for not checking the items before driving off. They got my money once but never again!!! Will never go back and will advise anyone against that error!

Made a long trip to sell my kayak and passed by this food truck. I cant pass up bbq, especially around lunch time. Got a brisket sandwich and it was DELICIOUS. Very reasonable bbq prices and quick to serve it up. Now I'm full and ready for my long drive home. Just sad I wont be back this way for quite awhile lol

Best bbq around! Amazing food so go give them your business they deserve it. TRUST ME YOU HAVS TO GO.

Went for a hike in Bowie nature park so looked for the closest bbq spot and found this little gem. Ordered as we were leaving the park and food was ready by the time we got there. Very nice set up, and friendly service once I walked up. We ordered the loaded single barrel fries which were amazing. My sister ordered the bbq pork sandwich which was perfect in every way, and the sides were crinkled fries and Mac and cheese. The fries were perfectly made and did not get soggy in our 10 minute ride to back to the house. My wife ordered the Memphis plate and the half rack of ribs were so tasty that they didn't need any help with bbq sauce. Came with 2 sides which she got potato salad which was a great tasting salad and Mac and cheese. I got the Natchez plate which was brisket and 2 sides. The brisket was very good and the coleslaw was very tasty. Before leaving I decided on the trio bomb which smelled wonderful but we were to full to eat it so will have it later.
