Whiskers Wine & Spirits

Wine and hard spirits shop. Found snugly hidden within a strip mall. It's labeled and can be seen from Germantown Parkway, but if your keeping up with traffic, you could pass it and not even notice it. Great alternate to (waiting in the long lines at) Wal-mart or Super Target. A decent selection of imported and domestic wines. Also find some spirits made locally, i.e. Jose's Tequila, looks phony. I love their lower than, metropolitan area prices and lower taxes. The store associates were older, welcoming and very helpful. They don't offer sale prices, though their regular price was just as good as buying it at a shopping chain. Maybe better.If its beer you seek you can't find it here, head through the parking lot and look for the next gas station, cold beer is found. (Exxon Mobil on Germantown Parkway)

A breath of fresh air!! I am a new resident of the area. I came from California where Trader Joes was my "go-to" shop for vino. I walked in and was immediately greeted and the young man asked what I was looking for. I said a red blend and he took me right to the display. I said dry but with a sweet finish. He showed me no less than 6 of my favorite wines!! Whiskers is my store now!! Thanks!
