Ah Sublime.... You were ahead of your time man. This was my first time visiting this location of Whatev's. Not sure how I managed to stay out of here my whole life. I love the shops in OB and on Highland! Been visiting Highland since I was a wee little stoner back in the early 90's. That's tough to type man. Nineties. Let's go with that.... That's sexier than the number. This one was just as nice as all of the others. The folks at the counter were really quite helpful and took care of everyone well when I was there. They have just about anything "head" related here. If you need it, and it's somewhat legal in the backwoods state of TN, you can find it here. They send out frequent "miss you" type loyalty offers if you go a minute without coming by. They also have a point system that gives you money off purchases once you reach their triggers. I'll be back to one location or another I am sure. I think I've hit them all now. I should go say high to Cordova soon just so it doesn't feel left out. I highly recommend, it's the only smoke shop I ever go to! The people who work here are such an amazing group of guys, gals and pals! Everyone has always been so friendly and super knowledgeable and part of my favorite thing about this shop in particular is how cool and groovy all the workers are. I adore seeing everyone all dressed up, everyone has such a cool and unique style. They also have such a wide selection of products, they really have something for everyone! They are always rotating out flavors and brands but make sure to keep a consistent stock of fan favorites. I also love that they have a reward point system, I feel like a dragon hoarding all my points sometimes lol Prices are comparable to every other smoke shop but they are always running deals and promotions so I feel like you are always saving money between earning points and taking advantage of deals. All I can say is Whatever is anything but!

They have a large variety of items and are very knowledgeable about the products. Nice and friendly atmosphere. I'll be going back.

This company does not have a transparent no-return policy. You will not see a notice posted anywhere that they do not accept returns nor will their pothead staff alert you to the fact they accept absolutely no returns, even for unused/unopened product. Instead it is only printed on the receipt, you know, that little slip of paper you receive after they've gotten your money in their pocket. Stay away, far away

I went here last week and as I was checking out, the manager asked for my I.D. and for the I.D. of the person that was with me. They have never asked me for my I.D. I was ok with showing mine since I'm the one buying the products. I asked why she needed my friend's I.D. and she said that's their new rule. It would've been nice to know this as I walked in because I would've had my friend wait in the car. I had just gotten off work, ran home to get some cash, and my friend wanted to ride with me. I told her hurry up because I was tired so she hopped in the car. My friend grabbed the wrong purse and didn't have her I.D. with her and the manager wanted to see her it in order for "me" to purchase any tobacco products. All of my products were not tobacco products. I asked if my friend went outside and got in the car if I could purchase the products and she said no. I asked if I came back in an hour, could I purchase the products and again she said no. I asked if I came back tomorrow if I could purchase and she said yes and I told her I would never be back and that if I can't get all of my products, I don't want any! For their rules to have suddenly changed so drastically, they must've been selling tobacco products to minors. So if you go to this store on Madison, make sure everyone has their I.D. on them.

Bradley at the Madison Ave. location was incredibly friendly and helpful. When I arrived, I had a very particular piece of glass in mind I was desperately searching for (ours was dropped on tile, RIP Gandalf). Bradley even called another store to have them send pictures of a pipe he suspected was what I was looking for. It wound up not being the right piece of glass anyways, so I gladly bought the next closest thing at this location PLUS an impulse buy for myself;) All in all, the store had way more merchandise on sale than the highland location and Bradley went above and beyond. Thank you, Bradley!! I hope your management knows how willing to help me you were!

Came in a couple days ago to get a vape pen. It stopped working after a day. They exchanged it and got me a new one. Pen did the same thing. I was told by them that I could pay the difference to get a better one and then was denied by the manager bc I didn't have the box. I expect that out of regular employee but NOT the manager. If you catch the manager of this store during his shift, go to Wizard's. Not sure how you become a manager with no bargaining or people skills. Keep my 15 bucks. You just lost hundreds of dollars of business from me.
