Last night we stopped at this Whataburger on the way home. Was only one car ahead of us so was able to order in the drive thru quickly. Pretty simple order of two #7's and Apple pies. If you haven't tried the pies, they are the 80's ones McDonalds used to have. We got to the window and paid for our food and here's where the 3 star begins. We never got food. There are about 10 workers all gathered around the drive thru window. They put one to go order bag there and I honestly felt bad for whoever's food that was as it was there at least 15 mins while we sat there waiting on our bag. About 10 cars behind us. Low and behold, a worker walks over-grabs that bag that has been sitting there the entire time, opens the window and hands it to me. Took all I had to remain calm. We've just sat here this entire time while my food was within my view for at least 15 mins. I had to knock on the window to ask for fresh fries as they were ice cold from sitting. I'm just baffled how 10 people are standing there and the 11th realizes the bag belongs to the car that's been holding up the entire line waiting :/Positive-burger was still good although it was no longer hot. And the apple pie was delicious as always.

This is a new Whataburger that just opened in Hernando, Mississippi and is just off the exit of the highway.The place has a bright and clean ambiance and the staff here friendly.Keeping in mind that it is fast-food. With that being said, the food here is decent enough.I would definitely recommend this particular Whataburger if you are looking for a fast-food burger.

We've been there twice now and both times the food has been cold and it's taken forever to get the food and every time I've ended up on the toilet for at least an hour

I have been twice now and both times customer service was terrible. My food wasn't correct either time I went. I was in the second line waiting on my food & drinks, the lady bringing them out proceeded to cough on my drinks and shove the food in my window. Do not recommend.

I have been to this location multiple times. They are rude, and have gotten my order wrong every time. I asked for some spicy ketchup and the lady rolled her eyes at me and stormed off. I know they just opened i hope they can correct this issue.
