I gave this rating because I didn't like the food. I had a regular burger and fries. It was my 2nd time trying Whataburger, and my reaction is the same. It is a thumbs down for me, but I understand that others love it. I was greeted upon entry. The cashier smiled when taking my order. The wait wasn't long. My order was correct and walked over to me. It's a nice establishment, I just do not like the food.

The food is great for fast food! Dining in was nice the music was a good neutral jam from modern pop to old-school rock. The restaurant was very clean and welcoming!! The employees worked very well together & waitresses were very polite patient along informative all of the food ordered today came out awesome, well proportioned, prepared, and well presented, and beyond fair pricing

For being out of town person I will return to this location. All 13 of my family members had to visit this location and it was great. The girl from the register she was supper friendly has great costumer service and lots of patience. Thank you so much. Food was freshly made and location was super clean.

I've been looking for an opportunity to try one of the new locations, as it was a favorite stop when we took diving trips to Pensacola. So while doing errands in the area, decide to stop in. It didn't start well. I gave my $ at the first window and had to wait for my change as the clerk reported her drawer was 'stuck'. She and another employee worked on it for a few minutes and she apologized for the delay. I was OK with this, thinking (incorrectly, as these reviews show) that it was a very recently-opened location. Then, it got worse. I waited several more minutes for my food and was presented it by the same clerk!! She apologized but didn't explain after I complained. My BLT was OK, mu Malted milkshake was pretty good.Whataburger was never a place for great food - it was comfort food ready in minutes at a great price. It appears that it is no longer fast food, so why go there?

you gotta remind these folks about your order cause if you don't then they'll take they sweet time serving you, they'll serve another person that has ordered after you, and worse of all, it's full of venezuelans now, so its hard to communicate with their lack of english, so i'll never come back to this place ever again, waste your money at another whataburger down the street or another food joint, this place isn't it.

The way I wish I could give zero stars. The first time I've ever been visually assaulted by an employee at this location. After waiting 10-15 mins without hearing a thing from anyone, I'm greeted by being told I'd have to wait 15 mins. When I tried to ask why they wouldn't just say that when I pulled up instead of letting me (and several other cars) wait all that time, I was interrupted with attitude. Then she went to the next speaker before I could order, knowing I was trying to order. Then when I pulled off, she flipped me off with both her hands. Just absolutely egregious behavior from a BOTTOM TIER employee. Y'all can do better than that. Went to McDonald's right down the street and received great customer service. Just cuz whataburger is new doesn't mean it's better. Unfortunately I won't be returning to this or any other whataburger again. To anyone reading ITS NOT WORTH IT.

the Cordova lunch is great. as a senior, my appetite is very well served by the kids meal. for $5.49 I get a burger, fries, drink and cookie.I have never had to wait more than 3 or 4 minutes. I find the staff friendly and competent.

Waited 45 minutes for food inside. People before us were waiting longer and still only had their drinks which ofc they made themselves just by being handed a cup. The workers are on what.....fent and her'n? Barely moving. I don't get it. Had to get a refund from the manager and went next door to Dairy Queen. Sauce all over the floor.
