Wendy's

Place is pathetic, the employees seemed like they couldn't stand each other or any of customers that were trying to buy something to eat, they were rude, would not respond to questions or even acknowledge a customer like ( I hope you have a great day) need to shut this dump down because complete incompetence works there!!! This is the Wendy's in Olive Branch 7059 Hacks Cross Road

This place is not that bad. The drive-thru line was long but moving at a regular pace. I got the dave single and a spicy chicken sandwich. Both were decent and I don't have any complaints.

I would give a 0 if I could. My husband and I just left Wendy's at Goodman and Craft Rd. We ordered 2 full Salads. One a Southwest Avocado. One a Apple Pecan.My husband paid $15.01We did not receive a receipt and when we got home, we experience a Hells Kitchen Nightmare. Both Salads were full of water at the bottom. Mines also did not have the pecans. His had no Avocado at all. I called Wendy's and the phone is disconnected. I was not about to drive back up there, it's 8:47pm and we are trying to stay home. My husband drained his salad of all the water and ate what he could. Me, I will be at Wendy's first thing in the morning when they open. We don't have $15.01 to give to Wendy's. Why is their phones disconnected at all Wendy's. I tried calling Hackscross Wendy's to get that Manager to have Goodman Rd/Craft Manager to call me. That phone was disconnected also.Update-----/////////-----////---I went back to the Wendy's on Goodman/Craft the next Afternoon and the Manager on duty was Mrs. Marilyn. OMG, she made everything RIGHT, her and her CREW. She had a Awesome Attitude and went Above and Beyond for Me. If I/We go back to that Wendy's, it will definitely be in the Afternoon like Lunch time Only, when Mrs. Marilyn is There. Love You Mrs. Marilyn and Crew.

This is the dirtiest restaurant I've been in. Staff was rude as hell. Trash all over the floor and the parking lot. I will not be back. The manager should be fired.

Ordered 2 salads... paid, then sat at the window don't understand, it is pre made... these people are SLOW......

Food fries were stale Food wasn't fresh have way cooked I went there and it tasted like food was cooked in burnt grease The workers in the second window are not professional and are very rude talk about you in your face like your not there complaining about doing there jobs Service around lunch time when everything suppose to be fresh is terrible

Zero stars need to be a thing. In fact, I wish negative stars were possible. We came here twice because we were staying in the hotel across the street and both times were a horrible disaster. It takes at least 30-50 minutes to get through the drive through. I wish I were joking. We thought the first time was a fluke. All we ordered was a frosty - so a highly uncomplicated order. Nothing was even required to be cooked!! The headsets/intercom have so much reverb no one can hear or understand each other in either direction. Whoever is taking orders is also essentially whispering through the mic. It took us THREE tries to get our order communicated. The person taking orders at the first window is texting and not caring at all what the line or customer experience is like. It looks like a bunch of kids just totally unsupervised. This place desperately needs new management and a new crew. That or just shut it down. I've never been to a worse restaurant fast food or otherwise. Completely insane.

Went on a Monday night around 7pm and it was absolutely TERRIBLE. Took like 30 minutes just for $10 worth of food and they were just standing around watching one girl open the cola syrup. One guy put our drinks one the windows and just left them there until we had to ask for it. NEVER GO HERE

every single time i go no matter what time of day, it takes between 30-50 minutes. today i had a pick up order for chicken nuggets, a baked potato, and chili. it was 2 pm and they had no chili so i asked to replace it with a jbc. ITS COLD AND ROCK HARD. my potato was a sour cream and chive potato add bacon and cheese, they gave me a completely plain potato

We waited in the drive through lane for over an hour (not exaggerating). After finally paying and getting to the pickup window we were told they were out of grilled chicken and the salad dressing. Employee at the first window was on their cell phone texting or something. The guy handing out the food did try to apologize which I appreciate but I will not come back to this location!
