Terrifically yummy food, even the oil and vinegar for the bread was top notch. Love when my lasagna is mostly smooth with just a touch of outer crunch!

First impression...Can't believe this place is hidden away from everything! That is really how I felt walking in. How can this place that everyone is raving about, be in a not so easy to find spot! Well, it is. But that is not the point I want to drive home. Here is what you need to know... The food is delicious and cooked well. The home made pasta is wonderful. That being said, the price for no service does not add up and the concept throws me considering that price. You would expect the a little bit more of a finer dining experience for the price they charge per dish. NOT saying the food is not worth it. They provide great food for the actual price. The issue I have is the "Order at the front and be delivered your food." There is a some walking around and asking if all all is ok, but it's more of an upgraded Olive Garden. I will say that, its very clean and modern. They have an outside seating area for when it's a bit warmer. All In all, try the food, you'll like it, but don't expect a traditional dining experience.

The restaurant is clean, bright and inviting. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It's more like a fast food place where you order at the counter so be prepared. The pizza was good, the center was a bit floppy for my personal liking but the crust was nice and thick, just how I like it. The cheese was a bit on the thin side, though. The lasagne, I already saw reviews that it wasn't good but my friend raved about it so I wanted to give it a try. It was very bland, the pasta was soggy, and the cheese on the side is hardened and black (kind of like when you microwave something and it burns). It was the 1st item to come out which is unusual for lasagne, I'm 98% sure it was indeed microwaved as it was not piping hot, plus the cheese comment above. It also tasted cheap and the portion small, see photo for reference. For $18, I was extremely shocked and disappointed. I also only ate half of this tiny lasagna because I didn't want to waste my calories. I'm 90% sure it is not homemade, other review support this conclusion, although they have upgraded the black microwave containers to an actual plate now, but not enough to fool me I'm afraid. The rosemary parmesan fries: had a lovely crunch and soft center which was perfect. They were a tad on the salty side and not a shred of rosemary to be seen. There is an entire rosemary plant outside the restaurant so it's not like they couldn't source any of the herb. See image. The 'focaccia' they serve at the beginning, was more like stale flatbread. Focaccia is supposed to be thick and fluffy looking bread but the one they served was almost like old pita bread, but hey, it's free so can't complain. I'm surprised the owners are supposedly 'Italian' due to the poor food quality, but then again, being Italian doesn't automatically mean you can cook. Also, it's more a fast food type place so can't expect much.I originally am from Europe and have been to Italy (many different regions) several times so I think I can judge even the smallest amount. Regardless of that fact, I have no trouble distinguishing what is good food and what is not.And finally, when asking for basic tap water to drink, we were told we could get some from the bathroom.... wow. Water is a basic thing a restaurant should offer without having to pay $3 for a small bottle of water. I know the owner is probably going to reply with some snarky comment as he has done with other negative reviews on G oogle, which will just further solidify my decision not to return.

The place is nice with a relaxing atmosphere. Where my issues started are you have to get your own drinks like your at a convenience store. No glassware for pricy drinks. You order at a counter and then bring it to your table. My appetizer was meatballs that came out rather quickly and then to find out they were stone cold. Told the server that they were cold she took them back then they were returned with our entrees. Pizza was good and way daughter and son in law had the pasta. They said the sauce was a bit greasy. My wife had the lasagna and said it tasted microwaved. They have a great pizza oven that they could warm dishes in but with the speed it came to our table was definitely microwaved. I really wanted to love this place. I spent lots of time in Italy and was hoping for a great dining experience. I spent months in Milan and Venice.

Perfect Neapolitan in Clarksville, one of the pizzas I've had recently: thin in the middle with a fluffy crust. It has modern-meets-mom/pop vibe. For the pastas, the sauces were all well executed, and the homemade noodles were wonderful (small issue: a few of the noodles were almost too al dente). I really love what they are doing in Clarksville, and good on them for putting it near the business park. High quality food, friendly service and will definitely be back.

This is the best Italian food you will find in middle Tennessee, including Nashville. The owner and staff are connected to the Italian tile factory which is in the industrial park area where WeLovEmilia is located. In my imagination, I concluded that the owner and workers created this restaurant out of desperation for real Italian food in the USA. We were in Parma, Italy, a few months ago and while eating at WeLovEmila we could close our eyes as we ate the prosciutto, lasagna, focaccia, tagliatelle, caprese, etc. and be transported right back to the Emilia-Romagna region of Italy where this kitchen derives its name. The staff is very friendly, but you come here ONLY for the food. The food could not be more authentic, but do not come for a "fine dining" experience. Here is my sincere suggestion: bring your own super Tuscan--they provide the glasses with no corkage fee. (There is a Sam's Club about 1/4 mile from the restaurant and you can run in there and grab a couple of bottles.) Order the puff pastries and a generous order of thin sliced mortadella and prosciutto which they import and cut super thin as it should be. Order the tagliatelle (made fresh) and their house sugo di pomodoro. I would skip desert, but if you want something sweet, get the Nutella pizza and take what you don't eat home and have it for breakfast the next day.

We ordered an appetizer (Parmesan rosemary potatoes), the Emilia pizza and a pasta dish. The potatoes were very salty but it was hot, crispy and soft in the center. The staff told us that the sauce was meaty but it didn't have much meat to it. The pasta was cold and very undercooked as we could hear the crunch with the bites. We took it home, microwaved it and it was much better. The pizza was nice and hot! Would go there again for the pizza. We spent almost $80 for the three dishes and two soft drinks.

It's a glorified Fazoli's, you basically wait on yourself. Too much yelling and screaming. Was made to feel like we were an inconvenience. Food is not as "authentic" as they would have you believe. I make better pasta dishes here at home that are far more superior to the point of neighbors asking where i got it from, my sauce is a 14 hour made from scratch sauce and my homemade pizza aren't floppy messes with toppings falling off. Won't be darkening their doors again any time soon.
