Waffle House

Wow!!!! We went for breakfast on a Sunday morning and our service was Excellent and our food was surprisingly Amazing!!! Clean and bright. The most amazing thing about this location is The Staff!! The managers were friendly, on the ball greeting new arrivals, checking on our table during our visit, and keeping everything running perfectly! We were already impressed but as we were leaving saw one of the employees assisting a customer with his handicapped son from their car to the table with a smile! What a heartwarming (and delicious) experience!

Food was hot service was good great Attitudes was on point . They even wrote my Wife a note for her birthday....Thanks you guys!!!!!!

Horrible place. Just tacky and nasty. I would never be back again. Rude and everything. Customer service is terrible now.

I hate to give it 1 star. My food was soo good. My rating only applies to the waitress. Shorter, with redish/ black hair. For two all stars and 2 chocolate milks, was $36! Whatever I won't argue before Christmas. Go to pay. Tip her $10. She swiped my credit card and hands me my receipt. I realized I left my card immediately so I walk back in and head to the counter. I asked where it was and she pulls it out of her bra!! Like look lady!! I just tipped you good after you falsified my bill!! Then she tries to steal my credit card, I don't recommend this place! Maybe we just got lucky Christmas morning, 2022, but I don't think so...there were 4 huge to go orders ahead of us and whoever was running the show was on point! She made sure everyone was working efficiently and that the inside customers were getting helped. The food was perfectly cooked and our waitress was precious as gold. We even had a young lady come around to offer us coffee. We are big fans of WH. I know there can be some bad experiences sometimes but not here. Not today.

Up at 5:30 on a Sunday morning. So what to do when the fridge is bare of breakfast elements and you're that hungry?Give this location another try. Don't like Waffle House' gun carry policies, but the food is good and they're open 24/7.They're open 24 hours a day. Well, at this location that must not mean 24 hours in a row!Four idiots standing in there doing nothing and the doors locked. At 6am.No attempt to come to the door to explain. Just smiled and laughed and did their own thing. Which was? Earning a paycheck to do nothing.This location has to have hired the most pathetic excuses for employees.We drove over to the one on Canada Rd in hopes that they didn't do the same thing. They didn't. Instead, they were working hard to take care of the customers. What a difference!

I could have sworn there was a point where I thought that I had identified this particular Waffle House as probably one of the best in the city. The staff at his location was very friendly and there wasn't a long wait for food to be served. My husband ordered hash browns "smothered" with onions and added cheese. When they brought the plate out, he noticed that there was no cheese and made the server aware. They had the nerve to fix the issue by throwing a slab of cheese on top. (See pic) We couldn't believe our eyes! I'm not sure if this is how it's always done or if the cook was frustrated about food coming back. We will be mindful of that if we decide to give them a try again.

There were literally no other customers there when we went, and i'm confused? The waiter was super nice and charismatic, the cook was cool and made probably the best Waffle House food I've ever eaten... go show them some love!

Terrible service. Asked for a classic waffle, hash browns, and a biscuit. They brought out a chocolate chip waffle and my boyfriend mentioned to the waitress that that's not what i ordered so she threw it away and said she'd bring me another one, to which she never did. Then we get to the register and my boyfriend politely asks for a waffle to go since i never got mine and the waitress sat there and argued with him for 5 minutes about how she definitely gave me the waffle. then she proceeded to tell my boyfriend she could "roll back the cameras." terrible waitress, terrible service.
