Wolfchase Store is deeper & larger than the facade. Visible location & you can park in front. Complete line of every hair accessory I could imagine. Huge inventory & lots of customers. Employees were somewhat helpful but obviously not paid on commission.

I'm pretty sure that I've reviewed every beauty supply shop in the Memphis area, and of them all, this is pretty decent. Not the greatest, but they carry a reasonable selection of wigs, all in the $30ish dollar range. I've reviewed other locations for this chain. They also carry Kiss nail art supplies, some cheaper cosmetics, including fake eyelashes, which I always snag.You can find some very inexpensive jewelry, only a few bucks for earrings and necklace sets.

My review is solely based on my experience in the wig department. The lady was extremely rude. She complained about customers to me. She refused to show me the wig i wanted to purchase. I've never had a experience like this one. I wouldn't recommend anyone purchase wigs from this place.

I absolutely love this place! I buy my makeup from here, and the staff always compliments me and helps me find the things I'm looking for. When I have the time, I could browse for hours!

The lady in the wig room is extremely rude. Extremely. She kept pressuring me to try on wigs I didn't like or wouldn't tell me if they have the wig in the color I wanted. She said it was too much work to go in the back and look. She kept interrupting my questions and. It listening to me. They didn't have but two to three long wigs, most were shoulder length or shorter.

Review is solely based on the wig department: If I could give 0 stars I would. I've given this place 3 tries and each experience is worse than the last. The very 1st time I was looking for a wig for my daughter for an event and the lady tells me "No kids allowed". My daughter was 15 at the time but after the lady's rudeness I said screw it & went somewhere else. The 2nd time again I was looking for a wig for my daughter for pictures. And the lady could not answer any questions regarding the wig we're looking into. Completely dismissive. This last time I visited for myself. The wig I was inquiring about was a brand I'm very familiar with because it's my "Go To" brand! I asked for the color on the mannequin which was black/gray, in addition to wine red, & a 1B. The lady brings the 1B and a platinum blonde wig and tells me "I can't get the color on the mannequin"....seriously! on top of that they act as though you're going to steal something & takes the wig I decided to purchase out of my hands & heads to the front. Red flag. I should've left right then & there. I dismissed this & proceeded with my purchase. I get home & unpack the wig to place on a mannequin & the wig was a totally different brand from what was reflected on the packaging. I'm highly pissed because the brand that was inside the package is a brand that sheds terribly. I will NEVER visit this place again. NEVER!

New owners and they were super nice and helpful! They took their time with me because I'm new to wigs (developed alopecia recently). The selection of wigs and hair pieces/extensions was overwhelming but they made it an enjoyable experience given my stress over my hair falling out. Highly recommended!

Don't come here unless you're good with being verbally berated and publicly humiliated.This place -or rather, one of their employees almost brought me to tears. I've honestly never experienced such shitty treatment. The store setup itself is chaotically organized; the front is cluttered with cheap imported goods from China leaving small spaces to walk through... but the prices are pretty good and I like(d) to buy their earrings. I've been to this store multiple times. I took my mom with me to see the wigs in the back since she's been wanting a wig and I was interested in one for myself but I've been hesitant to buy because I have no idea what it would look like. The woman in that area of that store was so nice and let us know that for $1 we could try on 3 wigs to see how they looked. She said just pick up whatever mannequin heads you'd like to try and set it on the counter, she said she had to tend to the front but she'd be right back. She was the reason they even get one star.My mom and I were so excited and had two mannequin heads on the counter when another woman came by. I assume she might have been the owner of the store since she had the balls to come at me and ask "are you buying the wigs or are you just going to play" First off, I do look extremely young for my age but I also don't walk into a store without money and the intention to buy. So I looked at her like ??I told her I was just wanting to try the wigs on to see how they looked before buying. I even pointed at the SIGN that said $1 to try on 3 wigs and let her know the woman tending to the front had offered the service. She screamed at me as if I were stealing, saying "no no you have to buy you not gonna come in here to play you cannot just play!" looked me up and down like trash and said "no you not gonna buy you just here to play!". At this point my mom heard her speaking down to me and told her "she's not here to play but fuck this place, let's go" and we left with the woman still yelling "you people just come play you need to buy!" But it still left us both shocked and angry. That woman was an asshole. It's not like my mom and I were doing anything wrong. At all. We were even hesitant to try on the wigs when the first woman had asked but still said okay... only for the second lady to come and belittle us. But anyway, I calculated the cost of what was going to be bought and on this Tuesday they lost $262.98. For what it's worth, the only thing I like to "play" with is my money and I'll be playing with it elsewhere.

Terrible service. Rude. Wouldn't let us try on a wig. How do you know if it fits probably, if you can't try it on?! Also, didn't answer our questions and assumed we couldn't afford a $120 wig. They lost our service. I will not spend 1 cent there.

This beauty supply store shows their customers no respect in 2018. The main group of people that shop at these beauty supply stores are constantly treated poorly, I intent to change that this year. I was followed around like I would steal something, not okay at all. I will continue to visit and leave reviews at these beauty supply stores until they learn some customer service.
