Glad to have this option in the area. Wish they had a customizable smoothie/bowl option as I don't particularly love their offerings. Also, be patient because it typically takes awhile for the order to be fulfilled, or at least on my several experiences it's always been quite a wait between placing the order and receiving the order.

I usually get coffee from French food truck at this location but decided to get coffee at this location to give it a chance as I hadn't seen it before. I ordered an iced drink and a hot drink and made sure the person taking my order understood that at the end of my order- so I said it twice. I didn't want them to get mixed up. I asked if they had sugar free vanilla syrup and the response was we have extract only- okay great. So I ordered an iced vanilla latte with no honey add almond milk. It took 45 minutes to get that drink. There was an event that day so I was trying to give the business grace but when I got my order there was no coffee in the drink. I was told that it doesn't come with coffee. I guess I can understand the confusion in the menu which has milk options, then "iced or hot", then extra shots of espresso on right, before all the drink options so I just asked for two shots to add to my drink. An iced stok coffee concentrate was added to it. When I tasted the drink I was surprised that it was warm. So I asked for a cup of ice to try to resolve the situation and was told they don't have ice/ use ice. I didn't understand why they didn't or wouldn't have ice since iced is an option on the menu and then she corrected her statement to say we just ran out of ice. At that point I asked for a refund. I usually wouldn't do that but we had been waiting so long and they had not even started on the other drink yet, the hot drink has been poured into a plastic cup, and we were missing the event. The manager came out and said that the employee thought she was accommodating my hot drink by putting it in a larger plastic container because hot drinks don't come in large. Puzzlement. So rather then accept that the employee messed up, I was blamed for all of this. I definitely did not order a hot drink, This was frustrating to me because who puts hot drinks ever in plastic so it can leach into your beverage (it's supposed do be a health place) and I confirmed with her while ordering the drink twice that it was iced since I was also ordering a hot drink with the order and didn't want them to get mixed up. So we left with our time wasted, blamed for the business mistakes, and with no drinks. I did taste the drink before realizing it was warm and it was just okay. If it was meant to be a hot drink it was just warm. This is not the place for coffee people. We went to French food truck and my order was done before I finished paying for which made the experience even worse as there were 4-5 people working here versus the three at French food truck which also serves food and was in the midst of way many more people. The employees seemed unfamiliar with the menu and had no sense of urgency. The other orders of bowls and smoothies were also coming out very slow. Too slow imo for ingredients that are frozen and or ready that you are blending in a blender. There was a guy there waiting forever for bone broth that was already made. I'm pretty healthy and wanted to love this place but there were just too many service issues. Not good vibes. I hope that they are able to resolve the issues with the menu and service or you just grab something already made if you want to come here.

I used to love coming here but I had a not so great experience today. The lady who rang me up was nice and all, but she insisted that she couldn't substitue the lime juice in the island berry bowl for chocolate chips even though I have been ordering it that way for YEARS. She charged me for the chocolate chips and said they'd leave out the lime juice (which I'm pretty sure is substitution by definition) and I had to pay almost $20 for a single açaí bowl. Again, the food is great, but the price is a little much as it is and telling me you can't substitute an ingredient that I've had subbed for years is a little silly. I may not be back.
