Amazing customer service. I came im to purchase my first vape. The store manager (I can not remember his name though he told me like 20 times) took the time to find out what I was looking for, and what my budget was. He then pointed out the products that fit my needs along with discussing the features and his opinions. There was not pressure at all. Next we discussed liquid. He asked what cigarettes I smoke (transitioning from them) and suggested ones I may like also mentioning the differences. I ended with a Smok Procolor (green my color). As I was ready to go he offered to set it up for me. This was something I did not realise I needed. He walked me step-by-step for setup and things I can do to make my vaping experience more enjoyable and to prolong my device. A1++ Service

I've been in this shop many times. It's the only shop that carries my favorite juice. However, that's not why I'm giving them 5 stars. The people that work there are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I drive out of my way to visit this store. Customer service is alive and well at Vapor World.

After over 3 months of putting down the analog, I found this hidden gem off Germantown. Nice young man with a great sense of humor working there today. They have a decent selection of hardware from starter kits to mods. They can mix you some custom liquid or you can purchase premium liquids. Got a great price with a military discount on some new tanks.

Very nice shop,I'm from NC here on business,looking for local shops to visit,found this place,from the second I walked in,Dallas made me feel right at home!!! Hung out n chatted for a good while,even though they didn't have the juice I was looking for,he was more than happy to call Create A Cig down the road to check if they had it,and they did!!! And yes they were just as great!!!!! Just goes to show...the Vape family is everywhere!!! Thanks guys!!!!

BUYER BEWARE!! I bought several vapes from this store. They would only work for 3 or days and then wouldn't charge. It happened twice and when I brought them both back seperate times they would not take the product back and all they did is offer a discount for me to buy another device that I have to assume after a couple or three days will not work anymore also and they will not refund it or provide you a new device. I doubt I am the only one that has had this experience. I will NEVER shop at this store again. If you like continuing to buy devices that may or may not work and knowing they won't stand behind their products then go for it. They are not customer focused and don't support the products they sell.

This is the best vape shop! I do not know a lot about the whole vape world. I have been doing it for a few years but I still use the same vape stick as when I started. They never try to talk me into anything more. They are always friendly and helpful while not pushy. Best of all, they always have the vape juice I like. What more could you ask for?

So this is my first time coming to this shop and when I tell you it has the best customer service, it does. They have the best deals in town!! Its a clean shop not like most others. I definitely recommend coming here.

This place was great. They have all kind of juice and they even make their own. Variety of all. And she was cool people. Will go again
