Vapor Vibez -Kirby

Came in with a friend to get her some refill juice for her 2 vapor cigarettes. A delicious smelling cloud clung in the air, and the staff got up to help us right away. It almost looked like YOLO or something, with all the flavors listed and lined up along a back wall. They have all kinds of smoke shop goodies there- probably anything liqiud that can be smoked, they've got something with which to smoke it.Since they bought Vaporwize, Vapor Vibez has added hookahs and other items that the previous owners did not carry. Staff seemed very happy to answer any questions. Parking is slim.

I do vape and this is a nice vape shop. They carry all the same items that other vape shops carry except some of their lines of juices they carry are different. Still a very nice shop.

I am new to the vaping world. I bought my e-cigarette from another shop and just wanted to check out another shop and see what they had to offer. However, I was disappointed in my experience here.When I walked in, the employee was watching tv and had to get up to deal with me. He didn't really seem interested in talking to me at all. When I asked questions, his answers were pretty short. I asked if he had any cases, he simply shrugged his shoulders and said "this one might work." When I asked which flavors of juice he would recommend, he kind of just waved his hands in a general area and said "you might like one of these." He waved his hands in an area with about ten different flavors. He seemed more interested in getting back to watching tv.Overall, not very satisfied. I like the selection of juices at other shops. This one seemed kind of limited and the employee working that day wasn't very welcoming.

The guy that was working (if you could even call it that) was of absolutely no help. I'm new to vaping and don't know much about liquids. Every response he had was short, disinterested, and of no help. He had anime blasting in the background. He seemed annoyed that I was there and not sure of what I wanted and I was probably disrupting his cartooon time. So I left and will never step foot in that store again.

I've been to many vape shops, albeit not in Tennessee, and customer service has never been an issue. In fact, customer service at vape shops is, in my experience, exceptional. I typically meet people who are knowledgable, professional, and attentive. However, after two visits, I can decidedly say this particular shop isn't worth your time. Even though it is the most conveniently located for me, I won't be back. I went today and had to wait for the sales rep to finish loudly telling her coworkers a personal story, and even when she was helping me, she kept pausing to return to her story, which story was incredibly obnoxious. My time is important, and I'm a customer, standing right in front of you. Moreover, she blows into my vape, repeatedly, without asking if I'd like to do it myself. I say this in present tense because she did it both times I visited the shop. At this point, she's put her mouth on my vape at least 4 times. What? Honestly, she seems like a sweet girl, but for the love of god, someone please give her a primer course on professionalism. And now I feel slightly guilty but not guilty enough to delete this and move on. You'll have a better experience elsewhere and deserve to know.

I went in to this location and was very disappointed with the service the guy working gave me. He was an Asian guy. I was asking about the liquids he was very short and seemed annoyed that I was there which I don't understand because I was there to spend money. I've read a bunch of reviews on seems like this same guy at this location and I think something should be done. I will never go to this location again just because of him. I would go to the one on poplar they are much more helpful!
