Mid place. Nothing that really jumps out at you aside from good staff. We came in as a group and ordered some beers and a cream soda. The cream soda was very good, and tasted as if it was very honey based. Almost thick. It was unique and interesting. Worth a try. The beers were fine. Nothing crazy. Inside was kinda meh. I think some regulars came in after us and we had occupied their regular table because when one of the females came in she just stood there and kept staring at us from like 2 feet away just...glaring. Like a psychopath. We initially thought maybe she was an addict who walked into the wrong door or something and was tripping. Then she just walked to the back to the rest of her friends. Very odd experience. I also did not like that for their water option, they had a drink dispenser with room temp water on the corner of the bar island that you had to dispense yourself. Kinda weird and super awkward when above mentioned crazy girl is glaring at you yet again from 4 feet away while eating chicken wings. This place gets 3 stars because the young gentleman working the bar that day (Sunday the 14th of July) was very polite and personable.

This is a good fun place in Midtown! Chill atmosphere and a place for all ages. Not loud. Pre-packaged snacks and board games you can play. The Fagan red ale is excellent! Right up there with name-brands. I look forward to trying the mojito seltzer. They have a large selection of beers and seltzers. Their prices are very reasonable. Staff are friendly. Highly recommend trying!

Phenomenal new taproom! Has excellent in house beer and hard seltzer, plus many games. I hope in the future there's soft background music and finger foods. Overall, had a great time, enjoyed the drinks and would love to come back when in the area again!

Wanted to love it but it didn't go over well with our crowd. We had six people. Two of the guys had the flight and didn't drink three of them. Husband had a beer and didn't like it. Only two of us liked our beverage choice. I had a lemoncello lavender seltzer that i thought was pretty good. Maybe just go for the seltzers.

This place is a wonderful neighborhood addition - tucked next to Cafe Keough wine bar, Cafe 1912, bistro and Barksdale breakfast restaurant. The beer is excellent traditional fare. He doesn't go out on a limb with sours or heady original art styles, just good consistent brews. The owners are husband and wife making a stab at a second career - their primary occupations are serving as professors at a local college. They enjoyed a main obsession brewing home brew so they decided to take a stab at taking their hobby to another level as a second business. Enter Urban Consequence Brewing Company and you will find a selection of tasty beers and seltzers. I have never had a bad beer there, each are so good and painstakingly hand made truly craft style like you might make yourself if you were making beers for your own family and friends. That said, there are a few key elements missing that would make this a more friendly neighborhood hangout. First, (limited by size) there is no bar seating or gathering spot for regulars to congregate for laughs and conversation, and they need at least one experienced wait staff. With a veteran server that could take your payment ...(please) they just might have a line out the door.Currently it takes quite a bit of time to order and pay them...and go sit....... and wait...So bring a friend or three to share one with because in a hurry their not! Really want them to make it as their beers are stellar and the owners are nice and friendly to boot!

Beer was good, the servers are very friendly (which I LOVE! Why do hipster beer places come off so mean sometimes? ) The place is clean and quaint, lots of games, plenty of tables for a small establishment. I would've loved a little background music, but overall a great experience. We hope to come back and try more beers!
