Urban Air Adventure Park - Southaven

This is a good place to bring your kids so they can burn energy. However, there is a lot of room for improvement.First, the food sucks. It is horrible and overpriced. Second, the water fountain has been inoperative for over 3 years! What is the reason? so that we are forced to buy overpriced drinks at the food counter!Finally, some "rides" are often closed because of staffing issues. I get it. I'm just saying as a warning to other parents.I'm not sure what it would take to fix this but the business model needs some updating.

First time at this location and I can say not bad ! I love the fact they had it in a black out setting and the kids were able to run through the area with the glow in the dark effect. The kids enjoyed themselves and loveddddd the pizza here ! Next time I may try to get out there to enjoy the trampolines with them.

This place was fun for the kids, but we went on a terrible afternoon!! It was jammed packed. They clearly had no capacity concerns. The place was disgusting. Food and trash all over the play area. All the staff were young and did not care to be there or help out. One employee who I assume was supposed to be supervising the bounce area has his head in a book and barely looked up. Everything was unorganized as far as the attractions. Some areas were closed off due to being broken. We were told the vr wasn't working so don't get that ticket, come to find out it was working. It was great that the kids could run and be kids, but I felt there should have been a little more control than there was.

The place is nice, but some things were not working like the bumper cars section was closed. All that really matters is that the kids had fun. The food was good, and I had a young lady help me when I felt like I couldn't keep up with the kid she helped a lot. Can't remember her name but she was over the battle beam that day

I'm giving this place 5 stars because one must keep perspective: for what this place offers, it delivers- and delivers well. Yes, all of the employees appear to be teenagers but I've always had pleasant service void of the negative attitude that's become commonplace post-pandemic (or existed even before??!) My son has a great time and we've never approached an employee with a question or concern and been given a terrible attitude in response.The food is actually more flavorful than I'd expect at a place like Urban Air (I thank God often that we no longer have to visit that place with the mouse as a mascot; the food tastes like it should be fed to mice because they'll eat just about anything, right?!) I digress...at the cafe Jaylan is always a pleasure to interact with and is very helpful during our visits. Thanks, Jaylan!! Listen, if you must come here so your kid can get some exercise and social interaction in, bring work, like I do. You can sit at the high top tables and get some stuff done because eventually you'll tune out all the noise - which is actually indicative that the kiddos are having a fun experience. Time will fly by for everyone!

A little pricey but they have coupons on their Facebook. We spent the entireeee afternoon here. There was so much to do!

Worst Urban Air I have ever been to. I think Caseoh must have bounced on these trampolines, because half of them had broken springs. Speaking of broken, both basketball hoops were broken, VR was broken, bumber cars were broken, the ropes course was closed, and the water fountain had a really fancy sign with their logo and everything saying "Water Fountain Out of Order. They're never gonna fix it. The Pizza sucked. There were signs that said "World's Cleanliest Theme Park" however the floor was filthy. Dont ride the zipline, because the employees tried to let me on without a tightened harness. DO NOT GO HERE.

Came here yesterday(Sunday 11/17/24) and was told that the cashier was on break and that we can't make a purchase even though we had 1 hour and 15 minutes left. Came back today Monday 11/18/24) we had 3 hours before the place closed. We were told that the kitchen closes at 7:30 because they close at 8pm. We had a lot of time. Well, the kitchen actually closed at 6:55pm and we were not able to order any hot food. Another day and money wasted. Won't be back!

My family had a great time. The kids always have fun wherever they are but it was definitely an overcrowded situation. There should be a capacity level, no chairs or seating we had to wait until and a table was open and also the best attractions were down the VR virtual reality and also the light up bumper. Cars were out of service so our trip was kind of like a dead-end, except for the hang gliding. My son had a blast with that so all is not lost. Definitely wish they had the other things up and running should definitely have an ongoing technician there to make sure, the things are running fine like six flags! Need some more stuff for toddlers to do! Definitely need to check capacity as well. Wayyy too many people.!!!!

We just had my son's second birthday party here and let me just say, I'm not sure why they have such bad reviews on yelp because we had an awesome experience! Our party host Jade was extremely attentive and was always available for whatever we needed. The pizza and wings were delicious. The park was big enough to accommodate our large party plus other guest. We had a blast. 10/10 recommended.
