Upper Crust Pizza

This place used to be my favorite pizza place. They changed their sauce and I think their cheese and now it's about like cheap frozen pizza quality. It's a cool atmosphere but whatever they changed is definitely not as good. We don't really go anymore.

The atmosphere combined with the service and food make this a great local pizza place, the ranch dressing is the best I have ever had. The pizza has a great crust as well as many cool pizza topping options. I def will be back.

This restaurant was recommended by a friend. She was right! Widow Maker pizza was great. Chicken Alfredo pizza was even better! Chocolate chip cookie pizza and Turtle Pizza- chocolate, caramel and nuts- YUM!!! Calzones and wings were fantastic too. 7 of us ate for $85. Not to bad for OUR bunch. Friday night crowd wasn't too bad. 30 minutes wait -7 pm- was woth it! Oh, they have 6 inch mini pizzas too- made my Lil guy happy - he got his own! Service was great- thanks Brandon! When we come through again

Excellent draft beer choices along with fair prices. Beer is always fresh and refreshing. Service was good. Appetizer came out in an adequate amount of time. Salad was fresh and didn't have any dark lettuce. The ranch dressing is excellent and great for dipping your pizza in also. The supreme pizza was great. I give it an 8.1. Great atmosphere with plenty of Tvs with sports playing.

My favorite pizza in Jonesboro (and there are several!) This small town is a college town full of lots of food options as a result....pizza being one that has a lot of competition and I personally think they have some of the best pizza I've ever had. Sometimes they don't put enough toppings on there and I do wish they used fresh spinach and fresh mushrooms instead of canned--other than that I think they're pretty great! I've just learned not to order those ingredients on my pizza bc I like so many others. They have yummy crushed ice and keep your soda refilled often. They have two locations and both are wonderful. This one is much smaller than the other which I kind of like on occasion. Support these guys because they do a great job as well as provide great jobs for the college students which I know they are grateful for! Enjoy!

I was recommended to this place. In town for work. Told it was the best. Pizza was great. Only reason for 4 is because of service. Ordered online. Arrived a couple of minutes after it was supposed to be ready. Drive thru only. Six cars ahead of me. Finally saw someone come out. Asked if I could pick up and go as I had been waiting 20 minutes already. She said no as she handed others their food. So I back up to get back in line. The guy ahead of me asks what's up. Said like me he ordered online . No point in ordering ahead if you have to wait in drive thru. Offer curb side. Make your customers happy.

Not from here, just coming to a Red Wolves game. Appetizer came out the same time as the pizza, which is highly annoying. Food was okay. Service was THE WORST. They tried overcharging us for the cheese sticks because of the ranch and marinara. GIRL. We didn't ask for those at all! When we called them out she got in a little mood and didn't even speak to us the rest of the time.

Love the pizza, spicy sticks and salad! Get the house made ranch dressing it's so good!

We have eaten at upper crust many times but ordered delivery from this location. We ordered a whole salad and two pizzas. The pizzas were cold when they arrived and the salad was a joke. We ordered a whole salad with toppings on the side. We received literally less than a cup of lettuce. I called back to clear up the confusion and was told by Robert (who prepared the order) that this was their standard portion for a whole salad with toppings on the side. We would've been more understanding if this was even attempted to make right but Robert was adamant this was standard. We will never eat here again. The owner or manager needs to have a talk with Robert!

Misleading hours. Stated as 11am to 10pm. Arrived at 5 pm with an open sign on and a locked door.
