Local own restaurant in Columbus. 1st time visiting the eatery.Overall impressions is 3.75 Stars. Though the building is older looking on the outside, the interior is more updated and modern but with relaxing atmosphere. Only issue is when there a lot of people. As the song says, "Voices carry"...ca get really loud due to the open atmosphere.4 Stars - Lots of seating and tables. Ordering is at the front counter for Food and Drinks and they will call your name. Service: 5 Stars - Staff were friendly and accommodating.Food: 3.25 - 3.75 Stars We order breakfast options. 1. 3.75 Stars - Biscuit Sandwich w Sausage, Ecc and Cheese. Option for Bacon - biscuit was decent with a hint of salty butter and the overall sandwich was savory and satisfying.2. 3.25 Stars - Croissant Sandwich with Bacon, Egg and Cheese. The Croissant was flakey and soft and held the items in place. The Bacon had a slight Smokey flavor and were thicker than normal which was great for me but may not be for everyone. - the egg was a fried egg but nothing special.3. 3.25 Stars - Omelette Wrap - flour tortilla wrap w grilled ham, scrambled eggs, sautéed peppers n onions, and melted cheese. The wrap itself was heavy and should satisfy your hunger. The components were good such as the thinly sliced ham however I would substitute the American melted cheese with shredded cheese (cheddar, jack or Swiss). And possibly add some hash browns; make it more well rounded for us folks who wants it all in a wrap4. 3.25 Stars Farmers Biscuit - Turkey sausage, fried egg, fresh spinach and tomato. Satisfying enough but the fresh spinach had a different texture when it had been wilted by the heat and being wrapped in paper. The turkey sausage patty had seasoning and a little bit of herbs mixed in. I think the food we ordered is better eaten at the eatery instead ordering "to go". This is due to the heat from the items being tightly wrapped in the paper wrap.Note: I don't know if the have Jelly for the biscuits but it wasn't presented at the Condiment section where you can get your salt, pepper, hot sauce and utensils. And we forgot to ask the staff.Coffee - 3 Stars - we ordered two coffees: a Dark Mocha and Vanilla Latte. Coffees were ok but we prefer a STRONGER ROAST so our Dreary Eyes and Body can face the day.Other options they have are:Coffee - Bistro Cafe w Hot, Cold SmoothiesLimited bakery itemsLunch MenuPrices: 5 Stars - Super Reasonable for the types of options they have. Other place would charge more on certain food items.Overall: We will stop there again to try other breakfast and lunch items but will eat there instead.

You gotta get up to get down, right?! Speaking of getting up, I have a hard-on for this place! There's nothing like a warm welcome from the wonderful Krewe here! Have you met Naomi?! You will soon! She might as well be the face of the restaurant! The brightest smile in the room on any given day and most definitely on the day that you need it! Watch out when she's wearing the striped, Beetlejuice-like stockings; she might just creep up behind you to make sure your meal is fantastic! Speaking of meals, let's talk food... Every. Single. Dish.... Is freaking great! I am partial to ordering the Reuben, myself. The burritos are sooo plump and delicious. Dammit, now my mouth is watering.. get there early!

Good service and good coffee. Owners are dedicated to serving the community.They are also willing to listen to feedback for new menu ideas or just suggestions.

Had to drop a jet in Columbus for maintenance and came across the Up Down. Great breakfast, staff was very nice and accommodating. Had a nice little coffee shop on the side to top things off.

Drooped in for breakfast ( very 1st time ) Small town Cozy spot here in Columbus. Had the breakfast platter. Not bad just right , not to much not to little, just right. Employees are friendly and welcoming. I'll be back

We came on a Friday for a brunch and the service was very fast! All of the workers were also very helpful and friendly. Loved that it is a local breakfast place as well. It was also very clean. The frenchfries were delicious and fresh!

Great coffee and food! The indoor and drive through experience are both great and the staff is incredible polite and helpful. I hope the maple brown sugar latte becomes a permanent item!

Coffee the best in Columbus iced or hot! Love the southern fried chicken sandwich with their yummy fries!
