Tops Bar-B-Q

Yesterday evening was my first experience at Tops Bar-B-Q and it was amazing! I had a terrible experience at another restaurant and needed to grab dinner for the night and a friend recommended Tops! The employees were kind and friendly! They gave great recommendations and I loved my brisket nachos over fries. I can't wait to return and try something new off the menu! Great food and great service.

I decided to get this Tops BBQ location on the go on August 8th, 2024. So far out of all the Tops BBQ locations that I have been to this location is probably the cleanest. You will notice how clean the place is when walk inside the restaurant. The red paint shines brightly at me. I decided to get the pulled chicken nachos. The chips, chicken, white, and BBQ sauce just mix well together. The pulled chicken nachos is definitely a good quick dinner.

I was told that this restaurant has good loaded fries. So I decided to try them out. On my loaded fries, I had lettuce, tomatoes onions, nacho cheese, and shredded chicken. To give you a heads up, Their loaded fries originally comes with baked beans so I told them to hold the beans. The loaded fries also came with a little sweet BBQ sauce that gave it a different taste. Their customer service was good, with fast service. They have other items that I would like to try out. So I will be back in the future.

The banana pudding was amazing and i had the best services that i've had in a long time thanks to Damien i definitely would recommend

Bought 1/2 rack today, wast of $$$. Tough, undercooked & membrane still on. Terrible

Today was the shortest that I've seen the line. Lol with only three cars in line I was ready to go to the drive-thru which I did. I ordered two jumbo combos both with double fries and double barbecue beans with two sweet teas.A jumbo sandwich is pork shoulder with sauce (you can have coleslaw added or not) I always get a jumbo sandwich with extra barbecue sauce and coleslaw I would've given 5 stars however after I opened the second bag it was missing barbecue beans (gosh,where's my beans)Note: if you've never had they're barbecue beans it's quite tasty and has bits of chopped pork in itOther than that everything was tasty! If I'm ever drive by again and I see the line short as it was today I'll surely stop by

Bartlett location is Tops with me. Great breakfast items. It's my favorite because the staff are happy and helpful.

The experience from start to finish was a bad one. The cashier was rushing us to order our food when we arrived at 8:30. We had no intention of staying in the restaurant so him rushing us confused me. My turkey burger was so dark that I was afraid to bite it due to a beef allergy. The young lady took the sandwich back to show it to another co-worker through the window and tried to give it back. I asked for it to be remade cause the sandwich was out of my sight and didn't know who may have touched it to figure out if ot was beef or turkey. After hearing the way they talked about another customer, I was afraid to allow them to recook my food so I just requested a refund. I'm unsure if I will ever go to this location again. I have severe food allergies and I do not want to ever be sick due to a simple food mix up. The cook could have simply come to the window to assure the patties had not been switched instead of them taking the sandwich back to let someone see it.December 2024

Fries good, beans good, slaw good. Regular BBQ sandwich has half or less as much chopped pork shoulder as it has been for years. The BBQ sandwich should not be 80 % bun !!!!! Very sad. It is now just a overpriced burger joint. I have been a Tops customer since the 1960s . This is just sad.

If you hate money come here , you won't leave disappointed. Management is nonexistent here , line cooks lack training, and cashiers don't know the menu.
