Top O' The River

I'm not sure where the poor reviews were based!Great food, impeccable service by obviously well trained waiters.I recommend Top O' The River without reservation!

If you are in the Pickwick area and are craving seafood, this is the place. Food is really good. Just a warning though, if you're wanting the seafood platter, you better be hungry!! Everything on the platter is delicious and there's plenty of each item! The wait staff is extremely nice and very attentive, even when they're extremely busy. The atmosphere is also very relaxed. It has that down home, county feel to it where they just make you feel at home. We frequent Pickwick a lot and make this place a must at least once a month. Highly recommend!!

This place is a must try great even if you have to wait. We had a 30 minute wait before we were seated but we'll worth the wait. As soon as we were seated the food started coming and coming and coming. I'm not the biggest fan of fried foods but this place know how to do it right. The largest seafood platter is perfect for two. Especially after all the complementary corn bread and cole slaw. Awesome service! We will be back.

The steak I had was cooked perfectly, the crawfish was phenomenal. It took a distance to get here but it was well worth the drive.

This place has amazing food, great service, and it's a great atmosphere. Not many places we eat out at anymore that are actually good in every aspect.

Ate my food, payed my 30 dollar bill and went to taco bell because the tiny servings didn't fill me up

Good food but as far as the workers they get treated unfair by the female manager!!!!!!!

Absolutely fantastic. I love the collard greens. The peel and eat shrimp is superb. My mom ordered the catfish and said it was great. Nice atmosphere, service was a little slow but the food makes up for it. Would eat here again!!

Food was mediocre. Not worth the price. Service was absolute garbage. Basically had to chase the waitress down to get any kind of refill or any service at all. Thought it may have just been a bad experience the last time I was there. But that's 2 for 2 on horrible service. When asked how everything was I told them food was ok but the service could've been better I was laughed at. If it was me I'd fire the management along with the wait staff

Horrible pick up service!!!! Never give you what you pay for then offer an excuse why they didn't do their simple job!!!!
