Tokyo Grill

This time was definitely worst than last. Ordered it for delivery. The "sashimi combo" with "30 pieces of sashimi" included 12 of raw fish and some nigiri. The rest were egg/cooked shrimp. Not what I was expecting.They did include a random roll that we did not order, which was nice, but the sashimi was definitely smelly and the texture was not good. I don't think I will go back again. Even for how cheap it is.

I am a long-time customer here, and the food never disappoints. The sushi is always fresh, and the owners are so nice.

I only get it for takeout for delivery, but it's very good food for the price and I've never gotten sick like other restaurants I order for delivery. Tokyo Grill rocks!

I've been to Tokyo grill's other locations near by. This was my first time visiting this certain location. I was not greeted when I walked in she looked at me and asked what I wanted that was first. I then proceed to place my order Ordering the yellow tail sashimi as well as some other rolls. Upon finishing my order I was rudely interrupted by the woman who works in the front as she wanted to inform me of the process to make sushi and that their sushi and sashimi is RAW. Then proceeded to tell me that they don't cook their sushi. I found this statement to be very racist and condescending. Assuming that I lack knowledge in the process of sashimi or sushi. I will never visit this location again.

"Seafood Salad" $8.00, has ONE shrimp split in half and two small pieces of imitation crab with your basic lettuce, tomato/cucumber slices. HORRIBLE. "Scallion Pancake" $5.00, has very LITTLE scallion or spices. Basically a soggy SMALL tortilla. I am very disappointed. I feel like I have been robbed of my money.

Good Sushi for a good price! I went in for my sushi fix and boy was it satisfied. I ordered three kinds: Spicy Shrimp, Crab, & California and they were delicious. This was my first visit. You seat yourself, then someone comes and take your order. The waitress/cashier was on the phone the entire time, but boy I must say she is a "master multi-tasker" haha. She took care of me greatly in spite of. I wouldn't say that this would be my go to Sushi spot, but if I am in the area and have a strong sushi craving I will stop in.

Customer service here is just not great. I'm not sure if the woman who took my order was eating or chewing gum but I could barely understand her. When I arrived to pick up my food the phone would ring and she would be taking orders while intensely rolling her eyes. I ordered to-go because I've never had a good in-restaurant experience here. I still enjoy the food though (bento box is my favorite). It would be 4 stars if the customer service was at least bare minimum.

One of my favorite sushi places! I always order off DoorDash and this restaurant gets it cooked quickly!

Hands down the best oyakodon I've ever had in my life, and I've been lucky enough to go to Japan twice. It was the first dish I ever ordered here and I've barely eaten anything else. The sushi is great and at a good price. I love coming here and getting quality food for half the price I'd be spending at some of the other places here in Memphis. Get the oyakodon, you will never regret it.

I come here with my dad all the time. The food is great, the price is great, and the owner is great. I always get the 3 sushi rolls for about 10 dollars. It includes miso soup. 10/10
