Tim's Chicken

Fried rice was terrible. It was slimy and tasted rancid. The chicken was over cooked and reheated dried out. This place was recommended by a coworker who clearly doesn't know good food. The place was dirty. Liked like it hadn't been mopped since pre pandemic. The food was ready when I arrived tho.

Humble restaurant with great fries, Philly Cheesesteak, & combos; as well as efficient speedy service.

The food is good. However the manager is the young Mexican/Hispanic manager is awful.!!!!!! . I had an issue with my order and the assistant manger (Caucasian manager) didn't have an issue correcting the issue. Once I arrived the young manger refused to oblige what the other manager had stated. He was like we need to see the food. I stated sir I ordered from Uber Eats yesterday and got tied up and couldn't come up there. He stated that he still need to see the order and that I need to take it up with Uber Eats. I asked the manager could you call the other manager from yesterday to verify what was told and just to bring my receipt and they would redo the portion that was incorrect. The young manager stated he don't know the number to the other manager and just come back Saturday to get it rectified. So one of the employees call the other manager (it just so happen to be his father)on his phone, and he told the young manager what I just stated. So needless to say, the employee stated that the food I was given was what I ordered. So apparently they fixed me chicken that I don't care for to get me out of the restaurant ... I just wanted my crispy 4 pieces of chicken. The atmosphere is quiet but they truly need to work on their customer service and for someone who usually patronize them that is really a turnoff. The young manager didn't apologize for his lack of candor and need to take some management refresher courses. Customer service is everything to me if I am spending my money..Dr. Cav

The place takes way to long to get your order out. I burned up a 1/4 of gas just waiting at the drive thru. Chicken taste like water. Want be back.

Has management changed? Apparently Yes. oh Noooooo! Another great business gone Bad! The Philly beef is mostly bell peppers, onions, and cheese- barely any steak. Just take a close look into that big empty bun! It is horrible to be cheated on da beef! Philly chicken is pitiful too.- just a sliver of fake chicken. SHAME! Both taste good but definitely not the same quality and quantity this Tim's offered at their opening. Well- heading to American deli. I can Not believe you are letting them run ( no toss ) you out of business! BYE - good riddens- with a smile.

Give it a try. I was I town for business and while running some errands I thought KFC sounds good. I saw Tims Chickenacross street. Decided to give it a try. Pleasantly surprised. I had the chicken strip combo. Chicken is juicy and had a nice flavor. The fries are even coated with a seasoning. This place is better than KFC. Defiantly give it a try put your money back into the local community.

The food at this place is most definitely good I order the house fried rice with wings. The fried rice was very tasty loaded down with veggies chicken and shrimp it was fulfilling and the wings was rightly seasoned and hot to perfection I enjoyed it all but it's a nice drive from my house if I'm in the area again will be revisiting this place

Coming from the mouth of my 11 year old...This place takes more commitment than a relationship...Sunday 6/23/19 pulled up to drive-thru and ordered @ 5:07p, I know because I received a call right before I started my order..We order a burger/fries which comes with 4 wings and a 10 piece wings/fries.. So nothing too hard..After waiting in the line for OVER 45 minutes with a fussy baby...I go inside and tell the young man at the counter that I would like my $ back, he states your order is coming up, are you sure you want your $ back. I say yes.. he takes my receipt to the back then comes back and says the manager is coming up.. A young lady asks to see my receipt again.. then hands it back.. Finally an older lady comes from the back and takes my receipt, turns around and walks off.. I wait a minute then walk closer to the register.. she finally comes over and starts refunding my $ or so I thought...I was wondering WHY it was taking so long to refund straight to my CC...Finally, she hands me a print off (refund receipt) that had in capital letters...Customer said was taking too long...I say thank you and leave... Well, here it is 6/26/19 and the $ was refunded BUT another charge was added. So she charged me again... So now I have to waste more time calling and most likely going up there to have my $ refunded again.. SO be safe people and pay attention to the charges...I wish I could have atleast tried the food so I could rate it BUT...I plan on calling them at 11am when they open today... wish me luck...

This is my second visit and these are some of the best wings I've had in a while. The Lemon Pepper Wings are my favorite so far. The wings are kinda small but are cooked perfectly. Not over seasoned, just right for my tastebuds.I really liked the Philly Cheesesteak although the bell peppers weren't cooked as much as I would have liked them but overall a close second to Pop's Deli's cheesesteak. Next time I'll definitely hold the bell pepper. A coworker had the House Fried Rice and said it was great. Service was fast and friendly and they've really cleaned up the place from when it was Filiburto's. I'm sold! Let's have more wings!
