The Wing Guru

I finally made it to try their wings. Some co-workers suggested I try them and I am.glad they mentioned this place to me. Today I visited the location off Mt. Moriah I ordered the 10 piece party wongs with seasoned fries and a fruit punch. The seasons I got were dry seasoned and the x-tra hot. The dry seasoned wings were crispy and seasoned just right, the flavor was on point not to salty or overpowering. The x-tra hot season wings were crispy and the right amount of heat, the wings were not soggy lole.some.hot wings can be. The seasoned fries were delicious and crispy.Overall I was very pleased with my food. The temperature was excellent as well as the crispiness of the wings and with just the right amount of seasoning. The location is easy to get to and the inside was very clean and the decor is cool.The cashier that waited on me was very nice and helpful with giving me suggestions (I hate I did not get her name). I will definitely eat here again as well at the other locations. I am so happy they will.have one in Southaven.Thanks @thewingguru for an excellent customer service experience

Wing flavors are completely unexplained and nonsense... not worth $80 for 20 wings. Maybe actually have regular wing flavors, and stop charging $4 per wing. I can buy a whole chicken for the cost of 2 wings.

Got the Guru Gold Wings & fries & they were good! But the size of the wings very small for the price. The menu also said that the wings were included with one flavor, but they charged us for the one flavor. When I asked them about it, they said they had to charge for it....

These guys have gotten extremely greedy lately. 20 wings is now $35. It used to be $20 18 months ago. I liked their wings but I won't be back at these prices, and I don't think I will miss it or even think twice. Pretty outrageous. Two thumbs down.

I randomly wanted some wings and came across this wing shop. When I went in and ordered I noticed the prices were higher than your usual wing place but I was not going to wing stop lol they used to be my go to but now you have an 80% chance your food and/or experience is about to be trash lol so I ordered anyways. I got a 10 piece honey hot and a 10 piece dry seasoning with large seasoned fries. When I sat down to wait on my order, I noticed all of the complaints on the wall. Then it hit me why the food had a premium on it so I was praying that the shop wasn't all hype. Let me tell y'all these were seriously the best wings I've had in a very long time! The skin wasn't slimy and the sauce was on point. The wings were super wet. I will definitely only come here to get my wings from now on. The people taking your order is nice as well and super friendly! Easy in and out.

Nope never again wings are good but!!!!! The price is a no go I been hearing alot about this place and decided to go so I ordered 5 whole wings no fries no drink $11 carrots and celery was not included they are extra extra money I thought that was weird too so another customer ordered 10 whole wing and fries and drink his total came up to $30 I was like wow now how much was the fries he obviously bought carrots and celery but you can go to Moe's hot wings it's like a couple of blocks down take that $37 and get 20 wings for 37bucks at least you get 10 more wings Wing Guru no flavors are wonderful but gotta feed family also your price killed my appetite

Asked for wings to be cooked hard but the skin was not crispy after waiting for this request. The honey hot flavor was there and wings were decent size. They are close and have potential not doubt.

Nah, man. These wings aren't worth the price. Must be using lil baby chickens or something. $25 is crazy for what I got

This is for the new location in Whitehaven. Bad, bad, bad, bad Wings are fried too hard. The cook stated their customer likes their wings fried hard. Fries were cold and tasteless. The woman had the nerve to argue instead of making things right. Bad attitude, bad customer service, mediocre food! Go to the East Memphis location instead I heard they are much better. Should have apologized and kept her mouth closed. You don't talk about your customers in front of others. No training, no people skills. Tossing pans around. Long weave with a baseball cap on. Unprofessional
