The Wing Guru

Food was average. I ordered chicken tenders and fries. I thought the tenders were tough and the fries appeared to be warmed up or refried. This wasn't a bad meal but it could have been better. The young lady working at the counter was very nice and personable - so that's a plus. The restaurant was meat and clean too.

Food was overcooked and cold. Ordered additional condiments on my takeout order did not receive. Do plane to go back

Along the lines of popular wing places in the city, Wing Guru falls into the category. From a dining standpoint, Wing Guru can be overwhelmingly overpriced for a meal for 1 and/or 2. And additional items like celery and carrots are an extra charge. I've noticed that every location has pretty steady traffic and there's usually an extended wait to receive your food. But, there's always the option to call in your order ahead of time. The one pro from the extended wait time is that the wings are always cooked fresh. Out of all the flavors, my go to flavor is the "Triple J." This flavor is a Honey gold based flavor topped with a house seasoning and a popular 901 seasoning. This flavor is a must try!

Who are these people getting good service, I've been here many many times and the service is always sub par,and It's way over priced, but I kept coming back because the flavors are good. But I'm done.......I ordered 10party wings on door dash for the Millington location however, I wanted the sauce on the side. Tried to call and explain but they will not answer the phone if you call within 30 minutes of closing. And when I did get my order they didn't put the right sauce on them, just splashed them with buffalo sauce. Why....because what can I do at this point, just poor staff with a horrible work ethic. There is a reason this place has such a low Yelp score. They should fire everyone and start from scratch.

When I walked into the Wing Guru store the woman behind the register was on a phone interview to get another job because "she needed to get out of this restaurant". She had a Bluetooth earpiece in her ear and never greeted or said anything to me. The restaurant was empty and a little messy. I waited about 5-7 minutes at the counter while listening to the woman's phone interview (who let the other person know that she "was an assistant manager). I left the store. (But things did not get better at the other wing establishment across the street). Both 901 Wings and Wing guru should be shut down!

Great customer service and the wing flavors were on point. I liked the hot Len pepper but bring some water. I didn't care to much for the fries.

The wait time for a your food is ridiculous. They are not organized at all . This place needs new management .

Surprised this place gets so many negative reviews. Decided to give an old favorite a try again and it was well worth it. Service was great, and some of the best wings in the 901 only reason I give 4 is because of the fries but I'll be back again for the wings.

Spent $85 on food and tipped $15 trying to give this place the benefit of a doubt. We changed plans last minute and ate at the restaurant. Didn't originally order drinks so we got some water cups. My youngest was trying to explain how she was the lemonade button accidentally got tapped due to lemonade that is a two in one water with the lemonade. It was clearly water in the cup as that's what our family typically drinks. . She started insinuating that we were trying to be theifs and that's why she charges. I attempted to show her the cup several times as it truly was water and she refused and held her hand up at me. This was extremely unprofessional and rude. If we wanted some sort of soft drink that's what we would have ordered. We will definitely not be back at this location.

The new location in Arlington is horrible. I placed my order at 5:09 pm. I sat in the restaurant for 1 hour and 14 minutes before I got my order! The young lady behind the counter was shy and hard to hear. The cook in the back told her 5 mins when she checked on it and it was over 45 minutes before it was done. I took a ladies order out to the car for her and she told me "this is Arlington, it is always slow!" AVOID!!! Do not go there! I never will again!
