The Wing Factory

First time here and food was good. This place is very well lit and the owner was really nice. A good amount of tables to sit and eat and watch tv. My wings could've been crisper but they were still good. I def recommend if you are in the area

Great wings the owners are amazing this spot was recommended to me by a Memphis local (the owners brother) this spot did not disappoint the wings were crispy and tossed in the sauce real well the lemon Pepper is amazing and so is the Aprils special sauce with Parmesan on top. Their selection of desserts as well are amazing i recommend the millionaire cookie. Customer service was great made me feel welcome and like family as I had a lot of questions about the menu and they graciously walked me thru it. This was overall great and as we say in the Bay Area it was Smackin Fasho!!!!

I heard Bout the Wing Factory now I see why it's a fan favorite I ordered the Ragging Cajun wings these wings were on point right amount of spicy and heat plus season a d was simply delicious

Winnnnnngggggggggg factoryyyyy....my dinner tonight was superb *chefs kiss* This is one place that understands the crispy chicken wing assignment and as a proud member of the "I like My wings fried hard" coalition, I can truly say that I am blessed! I have a testimony! Twas' My second time visiting and they did not miss, okay!!! I got a 10 pc party wing combo half honey hot half seasoned with the fries and the red koolaid! So good! I also ordered a cookie, but forgot to grab it before I dipped! Wing prices are wing prices, but I wasn't mad! (Never really am, inflation is just that and real af) Go support this black owned business located just a hair away from Orange Mound in between Park and Lamar! They also just recently opened their express (drive thru) location just a few thousand feet up the road! Sorry I don't have pictures ...the camera didn't eat this time

Trying the new wing factory express . It's at the corner of airways and park ! I love wing factory and I am so glad they bought the old checkers or rally's whatever the name of that burger place was. This was a great idea !

Wings are fresh, flavors are very tasty. I got the honey hot and April's special. Both good. That April's was hittin though. Food was too good. Forgot to take pictures. Here are some menus tho. Oh and the fries had good seasoning too. Cool aid to drink. Feeling pretty satisfied

Deep down inside I hate to rate this restaurant so low, but due to several disappointing experiences, I must. I frequent here often because it's the closest wing spot by my house. The wings are delicious, so no complaint there, but my biggest complaint is the service. Every time I have visited, there are side conversations happening that keeps the employees from focusing on customers. There is always a crowd of people sitting in the lobby visiting but not eating. Each time I have ordered they leave something off my order. Consistency is the key when running a restaurant. I always order lemon pepper which usually comes with lemon chunks mixed in the sauce (This is why they were my favorite wings from here). The last two times I ordered them there was no lemon in the lemon pepper wings. I have endured and not complained but after ordering tonight and them leaving my rolls and ranch out I've had enough. The only reason I didn't go lower than 3 stars is because the owners and staff are genuinely nice people, so I'm cutting them some slack.

Wing Factory is in the heart of Orange Mound; my husband told me as we drove closer to the location. I humped my shoulder's how was I supposed to know, I just bought the Groupon. Any who, I'm still learning Memphis. I guess the "Mound" is a sketchy area. But the Wing Factory is not a sketchy place. It sits in the center of a little dingy rundown strip mall. But the inside of the wing factory is clean as a whistle. You can sit down and eat in there or you can just get it to go. It looks like the place is family owned, by the sites of the little girl calling order's and taking names at the front (she was tots adorbs!!). The food was quick, hot and good.... We got an assortment of things catfish, boneless wings, cheeseburgers, and whole wings. Our order didn't take long at all

Love the customer service every time I order my order is always ready when I get there. I've had the lemon pepper and plan wings, fries okra was the best, and juicy hamburger.

Very, Very good if I wasn't so damned poor I'd eat there every day,, so people visit this place and eat there every day since I'm too poor that would make me very happy because I'm poor Elvis says thank you, Thank you very much
