Host at the front of the building was polite and if she didn't know the answers to my questions she mentioned she would go ask to find out. I appreciate willingness to help!Food was good. I tried the muffelatta . The serving sizes are huge for everything. The half sandwiches are like a typical foot long. The environment was nice with alot of space including the bar area.

Not that hard to find Cajun food but tough to get it right and they really did!Seating was a little odd with ordering at the front and drinks at the bar. Not a lot of time to ponder the menuBut the food was great and flavorful, and everyone friendly

Super friendly service. You order at the counter and then go into the restaurant and find your table. Food was delivered soon after. It was hot and delicious. The crusty bread served with the gumbo was nice touch. It was a great find while I was visiting Nashville TN.

Great service and the food was awesome! Atmosphere was 9/10 I would recommend this place and we will be back.

The White Alligator in The Franklin Factory is a gem! The laid back atmosphere gives off a cozy yet modern vibe, making it a great spot for lunch, dinner, or even small group gatherings. We've tried the jambalaya, BBQ shrimp, turkey sandwich, and muffuletta sandwich, and everything was absolutely delicious. The flavors were spot-on, and the portions are very generous making everything shareable. I also love that it's fast-casual with the added bonus of a full-service bar. The staff is friendly, and the service is always efficient. Definitely a go-to spot for anyone looking for great food in a relaxed setting. Highly recommend!

Just tried this place for the first time and man, it did not disappoint. Best shrimp and oysters po Boy over ever had. My buddy said the same about his muffuletta. Sandwiches were so big neither of us finished and took them home for dinner. Can't wait to get back here.

LOVED White Alligator! Finally a restaurant that brings you a true authentic creole flavor! The food and environment are great! And to top it off the service is fast! I've been a few times and each time everthing has been amazing! The owners are very down to earth and passionate about family and their restaurant! The staff provide good customer services. As far as the food my top has to be the Jambalaya, hushpuppies and beignets! DO NOT leave without ordering, you will not be disappointed! But overall anything you try will be great! Highly Recommend!

Visited September 8, 2024.Grabbed some food Togo while shopping at the factory! Based off of food alone--amazing! I really came in for their beignets but the gumbo and jambalaya were was also really tasty!The interior decor consists of a dark earthy tone with warm lighting.We didn't have any service since it was Togo but maybe next time shall give it a go for a sit down experience!

We catered a meal for 50 people, gumbo with rice was delicious and we had plenty of bread.
