The food was incredible! I had lemon pepper wings and they were perfectly cooked and seasoned! Some of the best wings I've had in a while. My husband had the pulled pork which was great and we both loved the bbq sauce! The ambiance is super cool and rustic! Great country music that you know every word to! I was surprised that there were only 2 other tables there. They weren't busy at all! I was disappointed that the brewery and distillery wasn't open yet, that's one of the reasons we went. The service was excellent. Our waitress Mallory treated us like old friends and helped advise us on our choices. Great hometown hospitality! She went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and special and took great care of us! We will definitely be back and can't wait to visit the distillery!

If you like a chill spot that feels like a "clean honky tonk" this place is for you, lol. My husband and I couldn't help but to sing along with every song that played. Old country goodies! There weren't many people inside, maybe 4 other tables. The place is huge inside (and really cool looking, rustic - barn like.) Our server was super personable and treated us like long time friends. The food itself was good, my favorite was the fried pickles + fried jalapeños! Everything we had was served fresh, the only thing that was lacking was the burger patty itself, almost tasted like the kind you would get from a steamer pan in a cafeteria.. other than that- It was a cool spot! I don't know why it isn't more popular but we will be going back again to try it at night- hoping maybe it'll be more lively!

I would first like to point out that this is neither a brewery nor a distillery (yet?), which is really what we were expecting from the giant sign on the building. We like to support spirits that are locally made. We were hoping for mixed drinks made from their liquor and selections of their craft beer with the option to purchase some to take home. Maybe the brewery and distillery parts of the restaurant are still "in the works". *shrug*The entrance is...difficult to find. There's a door with sheets of paper with writing all over it that's easy to spot from the parking lot and seems like it'd be where you need to go inside, but unfortunately that's not the door they want you to use and is blocked off. You have to hunt for the actual entrance. We found it during the day, but I can imagine it'd be harder at night. Maybe a lighted path would help people find where they need to go?We came in around 4:00pm. Not a soul, other than us, was in that place. We almost turned around and left because there was no staff either. They had been open since 11am so this already kind of made me uneasy. Eventually a dark headed girl talking on a cellphone stuck her head out from behind a curtain and yelled that they had customers. Honestly, I felt like we were a burden and she seemed annoyed that we were there. Really off to a great start. The only highlight of this experience was the waiter and waitress we had. The guy who came and took our order was really friendly (young guy, longer dark hair with tattoos) as was the waitress (small, blonde hair) who brought our food and cashed out our ticket. They were both very nice. The ambiance was about what you'd expect for a bar/BBQ joint in an old cotton gin. Chalkboard drink/beer menu, signs from local breweries, western decor, etc. There's an area with a speakers right by the entrance that looks like might be an area for a live band setup. After we finished eating my husband said, "I only have one word for the food: BLAND". I have to agree with him. His ribs and my pulled pork and Mac and cheese came out lukewarm and the meat was dry like it had been reheated in a microwave. Essentially everything was tasteless. Nothing had been seasoned. Even the fried okra was lacking basic salt and pepper. The best part of the meal was the fried pickle and jalapeño appetizer. That was fresh and served with two dipping sauces. This was such a disappointment. We had been wanting to try this place for months. I wanted to love it. I really did, but I just didn't. I'd like to try it again when there's a band playing and after they get the distillery and brewery going.

Would have given 5 stars but.. .Barbeque ribs on smoker platter were tough and they had no sweet n' low or any other kind of sweetener for unsweetened tea also, why do you have 4 desserts advertised and only have one available? A competently managed restaurant wouldn't have these problems. Other than that, food was very good and service was on point .May or may not be back.

I meet my freind for lunch in Cullman today. Looking for different kind of atmosphere and food. We decided to take a chance and go to The Stash House for lunch. My friend ordered hamburger steak with brown gravy-mushrooms, fries and Texas toast. I ordered the house salad with grilled smoked chicken with ranch dressing. Plenty of good portions of food with our meals. Everything we order was absolutely great! Mallory was our waitress, she's very polite and very friendly. We also meet the owner, he gave us little history of his places. Will definitely go back again.

Food was ok. I don't think it matched the price. The service was really slow and we were one of two tables there. Granted this was during the lunch hour. It might be a place that is geared towards night life.

Arrived about 2:30 PM Saturday afternoon. Was ignored by both servers for more than 5 minutes and finally had to ask if I could sit down. At least 2/3 of the tables were dirty with customers only on 2 tables. Took another 10 minutes for waitress to take my drink order and another 8 minutes to get back to me for my food order. She never asked to refill my water. Food was overpriced for what I got. Will not return.
