Ya'll. All I can say is WOW! We came in on a Saturday before the rush for a first time visit. The "blonde lady with the glasses " met us at the door with a bright and cheery disposition. We got seated right away and Menzie took care of getting our order. Our food was out as soon as we finished our salads. Not only was my catfish superb but my hubby and son wouldnt stop with the ooohhhs and aaaahhhs while eating their ribeyes. I live the laid back friendly atmosphere! We will definitely be back!!

The food and price was great. Baked potato was perfect. Susie the waitress did a fabulous job! All was good!

Sizzler is not part of the National Restaurant Chain. It is locally owned and operated...that is rare. The owners work in the business every day they are open. The steaks are excellent! The staff is cheerful and it is a great place to eat someplace with parking lot! We eat here often and it has always been good.

The food was great. we got the cheese and sausage place that was amazing. I wish they sold it on the side, and the stakes were nice. The service was nice, too alil hard to get some one eye contact but it was busy.

The one star is because it is required, however, this establishment doesn't even deserve the one star. We arrived at 7:15 pm as a party for two. There were multiple parties waiting to be sat as well at that time. The restaurant was very busy, but the older lady with blonde hair and glasses kept sitting the guests. Out server was friendly and sweet and brought our drinks promptly. We got salads as a one of our sides (this is important for later), so we went to the salad bar and got our salads. As we ate the salads and chatted, more people were sat in the room we were in. After a while, we noticed not one table had food other than salads the guests made for themselves at the bar. We kept chatting and waiting. They were really busy so it wasn't a big deal. We are very understanding and I have years of restaurant experience, soI get it. The servers were good and kept checking on us. Finally, the table next to us, who ordered right before us asked the server about their food. She went to ask the kitchen. Several minutes later she came back and told them 10 minutes. 14 minutes later, they still didn't have food. She said there were 3 orders ahead of their order, which meant we were probably 2 or 3 orders after them. We got our server and asked for our check because it wouldbe another 20-30 minutes before ours would be out. At that moment, we had been there an hour and 20 minutes. Instead of waiting for our check, we told the server we would pay at the front. When I got to the front where the older blonde lady with glasses was, I asked what we owed. Keep in mind it was 2 drinks and two salads that were sides of our dinner we never received. She said $19 and some change. I said, "are you seriously charging us THAT when we have been sitting here since 7:15 pm?" She smirked and said yes. I proceeded to say in a conversational tone that that was ridiculous because she was the one who kept sitting all of these tables when she knew the kitchen was behind and she should have said there would be a long wait for food. If this lady is the face of this restaurant, I feelSorry for the restaurant. We love supporting local and wanted to give them a try but we won't be back. The only reason I got mad and decided to write a review was because of how the older blonde lady with glasses acted. The worst customer service experience I have had In a long time. I can't comment on the food because I did not have any. The salad bar was clean and fresh. The older blond lady with glasses has no business dealing with customers with her snarky attitude.

Premium prices with very subpar quality of food and service with a bad attitude. The quality of the steaks we ordered was absolutely horrible and not remotely cooked as requested.Overall grade FOn par with a fast food restaurant but priced as a legitimate steak centric restaurant. Owner appears clueless!!!

The meal we enjoyed here was fantastic - from the meat & cheese appetizer, the salad bar with numerous fresh toppings, to the sirloin steak with baked potato & butter/ sour cream on the side - all fresh food that was perfectly cooked! We were extremely pleased with the steaks that had the best seasoning - no need for sauce - and were done right! We did not try the homemade cakes for dessert since we were quite full from the delicious meal, but they looked fantastic!The nice young lady that served us was very attentive to drink needs and she served us promptly. Nice ambiance to this place also!Hint: this is a brown bag restaurant. Bring your beer or wine in a bag or small bag cooler if you want alcoholic drinks with dinner.

Relax environment, exceptional service, food was delicious. Pricing comparable to a very expensive restaurant and don't be surprised for the $1.00 charge for water. Meal for 4 ..$162.00 - 3 meat entrees and the 4th a chicken plate. Would recommend and will return in the future.

Good stuff! We always leave full. Homemade salad dressing and desserts. Tried several things on the menu, haven't been disappointed yet.
