Visited again Thursday and Friday of this week. This place is dangerous for me. Eek! Pastries are so delish!! i ordered the viral Tiktok croissant chocolate chip cookie creation. It was darn good! It is quite rich so I did need to quarter it for four servings. Still snacking on it. Friday I picked up a pecan pie bar and Biscoff Macaron. Wow both were very very good. I am sucker for yummy baked goods! The service is consistently 100% awesome! Jacob was very nice, attentive and gave us many recs. The young lady that helped us Friday is a gem. She has served me before and is always very cordial and friendly. Lala the owner is so sweet too. The bakery is decorated with pink items and has a photo opp area that is too cute. There are chairs and tables as well to sit and enjoy your purchases.They are closed Monday and Tuesday to bake items for the upcoming week. I believe they are opened Wednesday through Sunday Go check out this yummy local Bartlett bakery!

We love this place!! They have the sweetest staff and even sweeter treats. The inside is so cute and I love all the pink decor. The croissants are second to none and I love that she switches it up each week. This is our new favorite spot after breakfast!

Definitely will be a go to spot in Bartlett. The place was cute and the staff was incredibly friendly. Cold brew was great. The pastries were buttery and flaky. The pop tart was . Highly recommend you get this. Only tried the lemon macaron and it was delicious! Light and flavorful. Paired nicely with a coffee! Definitely try this place!

Wow--everything was amazing!! The best macarons I've ever had, and I've had Ladurée in Paris. What an incredible gift that we have this bakery here--I can't wait to go back!!

If you love desserts such as macaroons that are gluten free, doesn't have artificial flavors, and are vegan, The Sift Bakery is the place to be.This black owned establishment is located at Saddle Creek in Germantown,TN between Brooks Brothers and Indigo. The Flavors does change every week so run before they sell out. The flavors I ordered were the following *Fruity Pebbles*Banana Pudding*Sweet Peach*Crème Brûlée *Pomegranate *Watermelon

I have been looking for fresh Macarons near me for quite some time & was excited when I saw someone post this bakery. The decor is so girly & cute. I can see little girls having birthday parties there. The macarons did not disappoint. I will definitely be back!

If you like macarons then you'll LOVE The Sift Bakery! I read about this business in The Daily Memphian and was instantly geeked to check it out. During my visit, I had an opportunity to meet owner/entrepreneur, Lonisa Bowen! She's so sweet and I was very inspired by her story. The macarons are delicious. My first visit I tried crème brûlée, strawberry, chocolate and birthday cake. All I can say is she puts her sweetest touch into each one! The ambiance of the bakery is quaint and serene. She chose beautiful colors and decor that is very inviting. Yes, The Sift Bakery is a pop up; but, I'm confident that she and Saddle Creek will agree on sweet terms to make her a permanent tenant. She'll be just the sweetest touch that Saddle Creek needs. This place is overpriced out the wazoo for what you get. I did not find value in what I paid.
