The Sawmeal Restaurant & Steakhouse

I forgot to take a picture before but this is my plate after I was full and remembered. Beef Tips were great, had a salad bar too, super well stocked and tasty. Friendly service and prompt and courteous. Ribeye was tasty, well marbled and cooked.

Good place to seat a larger group of 10 with fairly quick service and a variety of options. Salad bar offers one trip options with meals. I had fried shrimp and fries with the salad bar. All was very filling. I was told they do their own breading. Others in our group ordered stir fry/ steak sandwiches/ chicken strips. Appetizers aplenty.

Delicious food!! Will be back to eat every time we're in town. The catfish and the fries picked were amazing!

Country fried steak , breaded and fried covered with brown gravy was very good , mashed potatoes , slaw, pintos. Great lunch ! Oh and the lemon cake was killer . Sweet little lady brought me my cake was super nice . Will definitely eat here again , to top it off it's cheaper than a fast food hamburger fries and drink .

6 of us stopped in for lunch on a Saturday. Service was top notch and our food did not take long. My BLT with sweet potato fries was perfect, tasty with perfectly cooked bacon and very fresh lettuce and tomato. We had fried and broiled catfish and both were perfectly cooked. We were very happy with the fried pickles, cheese curds, boneless wings and okra too, and wow, what a Reuben! We will come back.

First time stopping in and now we will be making out of state trips to eat here again. Serve was just as amazing as the food. I have not had a steak as tender as the one year in many years. Patty melt was cooked perfectly.

We stopped at the Sawmeal restaurant in Adamsville, TN, this afternoon. The service was mediocre, and we got the BBQ plate. Big mistake!! It had obviously been microwaved, because it arrived too fast. It was terrible! The meat tasted like it had sat out for a while, and then was reheated. The sauce was bland, and the slaw was dry. We probably should have ordered the catfish, but we really didn't know what to get. I'm giving it three stars out of the goodness of my heart. We won't be back anytime soon.

I've ordered food at this restaurant several times now and everything has been great. My favorites are the catfish sandwich & the grilled catfish meal. Their salad bar is top notch. I haven't tried their fish fry Friday but I've heard it is great. Keep up the good work!

Wow glad I didn't read the reviews before we went to eat at this 5 star eating establishment. First, self seating. 2nd the older woman does not own it. She is so sweet don't diss her. 3rd go early for lunch. This is a workers lunch mainstay All of the pickups trucks don't lie. If you want good food at a reasonable price look for trucks. Sometimes cop cars but I don't believe that all the time. Sometimes they runout of the specials but the backup is still tasty. They have always welcomed me in open arms. Cannot wait to go back.
