A last minute decision, we decided to give The Print Shop another try with the new owners and I have to say it was a great experience. With it being such a crazy busy night due to Valentine's Day, I thought they ran things smoothly. Our bar tender/server Grace was so sweet and attentive. Our food was delicious, not pictured was the CRAB & FIRE ROASTED CORN CHOWDER, my husband and I shared it and it was so full of crab! After the great experience we will definitely be back! Hoping to keep this neat place around! Great job Print Shop!!

We were excited for this spot but it was definitely a disappointment, attributable to management and inconsistent food quality. The space was pretty nice -- a little sterile inside but the back deck was nice. Our server was definitely trying her best but it seemed very understaffed. At one point, after about 40 minutes of waiting for our food, a staff member (who I believe was the manager) came over to share they had brought another person on to help out. Eventually our food came after several parties had just simply left. The food itself varied -- our table enjoyed the salmon and Brussels sprouts, the Mac n' cheese was fine, but unfortunately the chicken tenders were burnt and had little flavor/seasoning even with the sauce. The broccoli was also disappointing -- with all of the seasoning on one piece, which was overwhelmingly salty. What was surprising is after all of the mishaps that the manager seemed aware of and disappointing food, he still charged full price. Other diners were clearly having poor experiences and we were pretty concerned the server who was trying her best to keep up with the lack of staffing was going to receive the brunt of it in the form of low tips. I wish the management had done more to prevent disgruntled diners from feeling like they were already overpaying for a lackluster experience (the prices were similar to what you would find in the city), which often is borne by servers.

I was not sure what to expect going to this establishment for the first time and taking 2 friends with us. I have read some fairly recent Yelp reviews that were not very flattering. I was very pleasantly surprised. It was great. The lunch menu had just enough choices for anyone and the prices were okay. Our server was sweet but she talked a bit too fast and we had a hard time understanding her. The interior decor was impressive having been an old print shop. Now for the food! The chicken tenders were so-so. The BLT was really a BLT and not a LT with little B. But the real show stopper was the Frenchman sandwich and the fries. The other 3 of us the ordered something else were all jealous. We will be back and order the French with a to go box and have the other sandwich for dinner. This place did not disappoint.

Here in town for training. Looking for all the spots to eat This place is so cute. We ate outside. The upper deck and lower deck are super cute. I love the space. The guy serving us was FANTASTIC. (Started with an E... sorry im horrible at names)They have only been open half a year. Not an overly friendly GF menu, but they have a a couple things. They have ranch.... We did a bunch of appetizers: Brussel sprouts with chorizo Sweet potato fries Cauliflower totsTater tots (breaded with cheese) I had greens sautéed in garlic My take aways. The flavor was right, though heavy and saucy with burnt chorizo for the sprouts. I was expecting little more meaty and combined flavors. They were drenched in maple syrup. Potato fries were good. Ladies said the cauliflower tots were fabulous Tater tots were great ( not GF) The sautéed greens have SO MUCH POTENTIAL! Not sure why there had beans jn them, but cook them with a little salt, actual garlic with wine and lemon and I added apple cider vinegar to mine and it helped set them off. They were just a little to ... earthy i think for most people.

We passed by this place so many times not knowing what a gem it was! The service and ambiance is stellar. Shoutout to Ethan for being so attentive and making our first time here great! The pork rinds were light and crunchy. Reminded me of eating cotton candy without the sweetness. The coffee martini reminded me of butter beer so it was def a favorite. Loved every item we tried.

Fun atmosphere! Good food! Great new addition to The Depot area of Smyrna! Driving down the road and saw that The Print Shop was open so we decided to give it a try! We parked in the back and made our way up front to be seated. We were seated immediately and our waitress was there to take drink orders after a couple minutes. We ordered the pretzel bites and beer cheese dip! It was good the pretzels were just a little tough! I ordered the chicken caesar salad, my husband had the smash burger, and the kids shared the chicken tenders. I had original ordered the marinara pasta but they were out of that! Everything was very good. The quality of the chicken in both my salad and the kids meal was very good! Their menu is a bit limited but I think you could figure out something that could fill you up! Absolutely a fun place to check out!

Went on Father's Day. Cool place. 1st visit and we walked through all the restaurant area having no idea where to go. Finally after asking someone in the kitchen area we were told there was no hostess and to seat ourselves. Food: The Smashburger was amazing! Also had the steak, egg and hash for brunch. Steak was overcooked. It was just OK. Mac and beer cheese was cold and not very good. I'd go back for the burger though. Service: I was my own server, getting up to grab an extra knife, asking for refills from the bus boys... our server just never checked on us.

Seen this new place pop up and was excited to have a new option in the depot district. The service was good and friendly. The menu isn't overwhelming with tons of choices making it hard to choose. The food isn't bad but could use a little something. It's pretty bland which is probably good for an older crowd with dietary restrictions. However for me nothing said "wow" this is my new spot. Maybe I'll give it another try at some point. Don't get me wrong the food is decedent and it is worth trying once.

The new owners simply must do better. I give it 3 stars for the taste of our food, but the food took WAY too long to get to us and was cold when it did. I believe it took at least one hour to get our dinner after we ordered. The service was initially good then just faded. We sat upstairs which has a much better vibe than downstairs. Downstairs feels like a cafeteria and lacks ambiance. The upstairs is fun and active with a very nice bar, but once we got our food, the servers just forgot about us. After we finished our food, the plates just sat on our table until we requested our check and had to ask the server to take the plates away. That really annoyed me. It was $160 for the two of us, which included drinks, but that's expensive to me for just a so-so experience. That night we brought another couple with us who had never been. Though they agreed the food had good flavor, it was cold. After being forgotten after dinner, they told us they'd never go back. I can't say I blame them. We recently went back to have a drink at the bar, but still no alcohol. When will they get their liquor license back? We saw some people we know, and they asked us to join them. We did for one beverage while they waited for their food. They all complained about their food taking way too long. I checked in with the group the next day and asked how everything was. They said the food was terrible, took forever and they'd never go back. I want this place to succeed - no, to excel! We need places like this in Smyrna. But they have to do better. Perhaps they need a general manager. The staff seems nice overall, but undisciplined and not attentive enough. Please, Print Shop, do better. And ask your patrons how their meal was! Get feedback. It can only make you better.

We chose to sit inside. There were flies everywhere. It was a big problem. The restaurant was empty. They were out of multiple items on the menu. Did I mention the flies? The food was below average and way too expensive for the quality. The glasses (Mason jars) were so dirty they were cloudy. The food did come out quickly. But, again, we were the only table. Do not recommend. It's a shame. The decor and atmosphere have a lot of potential.
