TERRIBLE!! I walked in almost 20 mins ago and they still haven't said anything except "I'll check on your order" NOT 1 brown person insight b c that's exactly how they treat you. It's been the same every! single! time! I've been there. They make sure we don't feel welcome when we come. 4 people that came in after me have gotten their order and left and I'm still sitting here waiting...

Enjoyed Sunday lunch at the Pie Factory! Cheese bread was terrific and perfectly done. We did 1/2 the pizza of the month and 1/2 yellerbelly. Couldn't skip dessert with the blueberry swirl cheesecake. Riya was such an attentive sever and everything was great. Shout out to Josh for running the food quickly and with a smile on his face! His enthusiasm was contagious!

We went for my son's 23rd birthday. We have eaten at the Jasper location and he was feeling pizza for his birthday outing and he decided he wanted to eat here. We were seated right away and our server was pleasant but not very chatty. Just for the order and our water and got the food out, that was it. The atmosphere was typical with a bar and a good sized restaurant. It was easy for us to find as well. The pizza was hot and fresh and the wings were cooked well and so tasty! We got the pesto dip with the bread to dip in, and it's our favorite! It's so good and yummy enough we dip some our pizza in it.

It was AMAZING!!! Food definitely tates better than Guam's Pieology FOR SURE!!! SERVICE WAS AMAZING, their workers were very sweet. The restaurant itself was clean and tables were ready to be eaten off of.
