I will never shop at this stoew again. I purchased a shirt at their Spring Market booth. It turned out to be way too large and not true to size. I took it to the store and ask to exchange for another size. I was totally refused because I had removed the tag. the owner also told the clerk that market was a long time ago. Ut was April 3rd. I tried to return on April 21st. You could obviously tell the shirt had never been worn or washed. But that was irrelevant. Worst customer service policy I have ever witnessed. These people do not belong in the retail business. i will stick with more reputable stores in the future.

Fun store to look around in lots of homemade looking things, they have a lot of stuff for Ole Miss and Mississippi State fans. They do a lot of monogramming on pottery and also offer monogrammed jewelry. I have to say I liked the jewelry that had to offer.The place like most little store like them is expensive. But, in their defensive there were several cute things I found in here I have not seen anywhere else. The staff was very friendly and helpful with any questions I had. They do have my Swell water bottles that I have been wanting first place I have ever seen have them so may be back! Good place to get someone a nice personalized gift and find some cute jewelry.

I love this shop, super cute clothes, the only thing I would like to see change is more "plus size" clothing. They have a small section but I'd love to see more especially more of the yoga pants in the larger sizes, but other than that they are great! The staff is always friendly and helpful.

I shopped at this store for the first time and initially had a good experience but be careful what you purchase. I had to exchange a shirt for a different size - which I was able to do- however I was unable to return a necklace. They do not allow you to return jewelry or leggings. When I bought the necklace this was not stated to me nor was it anywhere on the receipt. The sales person at the collierville store was not very helpful. I found the fleece lined leggings on Amazon for less then half the price and you can return them.

Ladies of Collierville, you're lucky to live near an affordable boutique packed to the gills with bright colors and patterns to set you apart from the crowd! Although I generally gravitate toward, oh, feminine flannel and shades of grey, I still walked out with a hippie-chic dress and an oversized kimono-style wrap that warmed my black(-wardrobed) heart.

I ordered two masks on April 7. It has been 3 weeks now. Sent email last week to them as to status. Tonight was notified that my order has been cancelled and money will be refunded. It seems they were all too eager and money hungry and jumped on Covid bandwagon with mask orders. They should have notified us way before now that they were unable to fill orders. Shameful. I would give negative star if possible.

Do not shop at Paisley Rooster if you are not 100% certain you will not be exchanging or refunding the item - that is gifts included! A little back story: For Christmas, I spent close to $500 in the store over the month of December for gifts. My husband did additional shopping for me for stocking stuffers and spent $75. Today, I walked in with a $100 gift card (that I requested as a gift from my mother n law) along with the receipt and necklace for the return of a jewelry purchase. I was told they would not exchange the necklace. Becky, the sales associate, was kind enough to get Whitney (the store owner on the phone) for me to explain that everything I had on was from her store in addition to how much I shop there for gifts, birthdays, parties, Christmas, and my own personal wardrobe. A side note: I left the necklace at the counter even though they didn't refund of exchange it. I live in Arlington and have been a huge supporter of the store. I send all my friends there and it's not uncommon for me to bring friends along with me for shopping. It's a sad day (in my opinion) but I will not be back into Paisley Rooster from here out. I will not be spending another dime in the store. Amazing Lace and other local shops will be my go to's from now on. Paisley Rooster obviously doesn't need or want the business of this faithful local store shopper.

This boutique is a hidden gem in Memphis shopping. I find so many cute pieces here at such affordable prices. I have checked out several other boutiques in the area and their prices and selection seem to be the best. I have found that you have to shop often as they seem to sell pieces very quickly. However, they are always getting new things in and are so helpful in assisting with putting together and outfit or picking out a gift.

I recently had my first shopping experience at the Paisley Rooster, it was not a good one! I was told I could exchange anything as long as it had the tag still on it. I took my purchases home and was sad that most did not fit. One item I loved and looked forward to exchanging. When folding to put back in the bag I noticed the tag was missing. The clerk would not exchange or give credit, she stated I could have worn the item, although she found the gold pin that held the tag on still attached to the garment. I was stuck with an item that did not fit. That day I took credit for my other things and purchased a pair of linen slacks and a pair of shoes with some of my credit. the pants ripped the first time I wore them, I washed them and tried to return but no, because they didn't know if I had washed them correctly. so I assume there is no warranty on anything past one wearing. The heel on the shoes I bought frayed the firsttime I wore them, but I like the shoes and will take them and have them re-heeled, I made them aware of this also, but that didn't matter. The sales clerk at the Collierville store has never heard the word customer service. I called the Arlington store and was told she would exchange the sweater, but my now I have given to a friend. They would not do anything about the pants. I still have a $60 credit, but do not ever want to enter this store again. I am a shopper and have never heard of such crazy rules in my many years of shopping! This is the first time I have ever written up a negative response to any business, but this store deserves it!
