I added bbq sauce to my dehydrated burger to try and bring life to it. It tasted like it had been cooked on an unclean grill. The bacon tasted old and stale. The fries were limp and lacked the stiffness and the taste of juicy full fries. The fries were watery and the buns were just as rough as the burnt burger. It did not last the trip from newport to marion. I have cooked and tasted real burgers where if you warm them up in the microwave later it will have juices pouring from it. This burger again was dehydrated. Will never come back or recommend again ever. And the pictures that are on line look nothing like any of the food I have ever received. I maybe should have sprinkled salt on the picture and received better quality taste.

Dec 31st i sat across the street at the bank of merchants and planters while doing business. I haven't lived there in two years and things have changed.....I noticed a condersable amount of traffic across the street and wondered what it was. Low and behold for me it was a new restaurant. The next day despite my hesitation I decided to try it.... im a hard core vegan despite my food videos...im vegan my family is not lol. Long story short I ordered the veggie burger meal.......again hard core vegan I know what veggie burgers look like, taste like etc. When I recieved my burger it was burnt.........I took a bite and it tasted burnt. I know what veggies burgers taste like I live off of them....I was told that " you know veggies burgers always look kinda burnt........it took everything in me to be civil and say no this is not what to expect from a veggie burger. Long story short. Judging by the response to reviews I expect no change at all. Dont open a business to serve frozen food reheated, and don't cook on a grill thats not clean, real foodies notice!! Take constructive criticism and grow from it. We walked in and the lady couldn't be bothered to get off the phone to acknowledge us.....I heard her conversation and it wasn't business related. Care about your business because you never know who you might be serving. I know as long as your making money this one small review doesn't count in your world. But I have 7 kiddos who love to eat out and we could have been apart of your success, but you discounted us to serve your bottom line.....

Had a long conversation with what I guess one of the owners of this place over some sweet potato fries. t I ended up waiting about 40 minutes in total. the first time I received my sweet potato fries after waiting 20 minutes for a 5-minute order at most they were placid and cold when I dare to ask for fresh hot fries I got to wait another 15 minutes for a half order of sweet potato fries when I asked why I had a half order sweet potato fries I was told they didn't have any more I left angry and not wanting to try a THIRD time just to get sweet potato fries. I could understand maybe and that is a big maybe if they made them from scratch, BUT they do not. they are from the freezer you drop them in the grease and you pull them up when the button tells you to do so .after talking with the owner and telling him hey look I have a business as well I'm trying to be understanding about this but this is just taking way too long. he then told me what he expected of me as a customer. that I SHOULD BE MORE UNDERSTANDING. the ONLY thing he should expect of me as a customer is if I come in and I give him money for the products he has to offer. he shouldn't have any other expectations of me as a customer later I will cut and paste what he wrote me so you can see.in reality he should have just said man I'm really sorry can I offer you a refund instead of explaining to me why he does not have good employees yet and co-vid is making things hard for him to fin good employees .that isn't my problem your staffing is not my problem. you have been open since August get your ducks in a row or close your doors if you cannot even provide sweet potato fries to someone in a timely manner again you didn't have to do anything in preparation .it has been almost a week so I figured I'm not as angry anymore and would leave a review that wouldn't be so scathing as the first day when I was completely ticked off about how this was handled by the management or owner whoever the person was that I talked to via Facebook Messenger there was. two ladies there with braids who were waiting tables they helped me out there was a third lady behind the bar who if she was the manager she was completely unaware of anything in her surroundings as she did not come over and talk to me. Maybe she wasn't the manager but at that point it just appears the place was left unmanaged. if there was a manager they should have taken care of this

The food is straight gas don't listen to any the previous, impatient reviews. Anyone who applies ketchup directly over their French fries and negatively reviews food is probably a serial killer.And also it's Newport, Arkansas not New York City. Grab a bucket of Miller Lite and enjoy the live music. The burgers and dogs were both solid. Again, straight diesel.

This is the type of place only locals deal with because nothing else is open. This is a horrible experience no matter how many times I went it was always something. I'm very understanding because finding good workers are hard but at this point just close down. Please.
